You get the best sandwich here, 24/7 and beverages. No need to worry about closed shops. Neat and clean, always buzzing with people and this is one of my go to place.

Friendly staff, clean store and restrooms. Food is up to par with the Wawa standard. Gas from what I seen is normally lower then what's marked and competitively priced. Good place to stop for gas and your convenience store items. GOTTA HAVE YOUR WAWA!

It may be a gas station but I love their food. It's fresh and tasty and quick! I love the Italian sub.

Last night I went in because I wanted to try the brisket sandwich because it's only available after 4PM. The people in this store are ALWAYS friendly and awesome. I drive out of my way to come to this one at lot of times.

The manager there is one of the nicest people on the planet and must really treat the employees awesome because they are a great bunch of people!

Oh, and the brisket sandwich was DELICIOUS and a GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!

I will definitely keep coming to this location!

This is a gas station with a take out deli/hot food counter.
The food is very good. I prefer the food here over many fast food restaurants. They have an app you can order from then go pick up. You order your food from order screens located inside next to the counter then pay at the register. Your order is then sent to the counter to be prepared by order number. If you order on your app, it gives the option to pay then or pay when you arrive. They have the usual junk food offerings along with healthy food. You customize your food automatically when ordering. My only issue today was trying to locate the soup option. They offer different choices of dishes like different kinds of soup depending on the day of the week. They offer a wide variety of drinks like Dunking Donuts and other coffee places. Their smoothies are delicious. My only issue I've had is the employees not applying the extra meat, cheese or condiments that I've had to pay for. That makes me angry. Not getting what you pay for on several occasions. I've started calling the stores to complain. My next call will be to corporate.
Overall. The food is great with a wide variety of choices. The snack options with last minute pick-me-ups is up there with the rest along with self serve coffee & fountain pop. Maryland's archaic laws regarding alcohol sales allowed only in state stores is the biggest P I T A .

Third visit in one week to this location ( don’t judge me ) lol I love the subs unfortunately Hagerstown does not have a wawas and you cannot pay me to eat at sheets. Each time I came the service was amazing friendly employees, clean, my order has always been correct!!! They have two self checkout which is nice. I will absolutely return. Also Dean was really friendly and I appreciate the amazing service .

Customer service is more than just being friendly, efficient and clean. Which this store is usually good at. Customer service is also how you correct problems when they do happen.

In this respect, my problem was resolved in a excellent manner. If you treat the staff with the same respect you'd want yourself, you will find them eager to listen to customer complaints.

Many places are reluctant to correct problems if they do so at all.

Aways love going to wawa. Didn't know they were this far north. Before I had only seen them in florida.

First time ever visiting a Wawa as being from New York, they arent there. Was pretty impressed by the price of gas (about 15 cents cheaper than most stations around), the food selection and the beverage choices. Great variety of anything you might be looking for at a convenience store

They have the best gas prices on this side of Frederick. Like all other Wawa stores, they have REALLY great coffee! The employees are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. This is my primary gas station.
