Every time I went there, I walked out knowledgeable about their products. I am satisfied with everything I have purchased. Bonus! A friendly staff.

If you're shopping around for wholesome alternatives, health and wellness products and CBD oil, this place has it all. The prices are decent and the staff are very knowledgeable of what they sell. If you walk in with no clue, you'll be walking out with a little wisdom.

CSR was extremely helpful.. Not only was what I needed at counter when I arrived but he gave me excellent info and advice on other items I was interested in.. Store also smelled awesome..

Nature's Outlet, Towne Square (formerly at Valley View Mall) - I have been a customer for well over a decade. Current store manager Michael has provided exemplary service, as well as has many other staff members over the years. When time permitted, Michael, Buck, Lee, Jordan, Megan, Meg (and others) have been willing to share their research with me concerning numerous subjects and supplements that might be helpful. They have even remembered to ask how a product worked for me.

They didn't have what we were looking for this time. No harm. No foul.

We just pulled in at 615 pm on wednesday Jan 1. There is clearly a teller inside with a customer and hours posted open till 7 pm but doors are locked and the teller would not even look at me. I purchase all my supplements here but no longer
