Very helpful people, always point me in the right direction, but they don't follow you to the aisle which I don't like, taking them away from their tasks just to cater to me.

Could use some attention but considering it's high traffic and the employees are overworked

Very nice people, the older ladies call you baby or sugar, an old southern tradition.

Depends on what you need, you can find it cheaper elsewhere but at least Kroger always has good quality

This is one of the better Krogers I've been too, and the bad reviews may come from the fact that most of the staff is black which some people have a problem with here in VA. They can't say the N word so they find other things to complain about and be a general Karen about things. These workers deserve ever bit of consideration, by management and customers alike

This is a great grocery store. It is well stocked and the bathroom is very clean. The only problem is the toilet paper holder is broken other than that a great experience.

Friendly staff, good selection and I was in and out quickly thanks to self checkout

Love this Kroger!!! Always stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. Many different options even for out of season, hard to find items and lots of organic! Clean. Great deals. They also have lots of items from local farmers. One being glassed milk. It's so awesome they support the community!! The deli department employees are always so helpful and friendly. Tons of fresh bakery beads, sushi, dips, etc Our go-to! Great job management and staff!!!

The store is always very clean, shelves are always well stocked, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean store, friendly staff, cashier looked at me I asked her how she was doing and I guess not too many bother to be human anymore and she said she was fine with a huge smile on her face, then asked how I was. All U-Scans open no wait time to checkout. Great Kroger

Large store with large selection and plenty of people looking for whatever they are after...
Most isles are large enough for two large buggy's to pass without issue...
Deli, plenty of employees, believe it or not...
One of the better Kroger stores...

I looked all over for cranberry sauce, sold out, but an older self checkout cashier walked the whole store to help, just before I left she found one can, awesome, cooking dinner for myself and my daughter tomorrow it was last minute and I don't know the ladies name, but thanks again. Happy Thanksgiving! Sorry your feet hurt...

I like the Food items at Kroger.

Love the new, lower prices since doing away with Senior Day. Fuel points are fantastic. The bakery makes the best cakes, even printing photos on the icing. WAY COOL!

Awesome as always. My preferred place to grocery shop since my childhood days with my mom. Fresh produce. A real Butcher. Great qualiry food. Awesome specials not bulk bought. Krogers is a great American experience!

I only go to Kroger's because I have a addiction and they sell the Dunkin Donuts iced coffee French vanilla so I go there and they got them usually on sale for two for $4 so I always go there and right beside of it I always hit Lowe's up but yes a good place to go just to go in real quick get your groceries and leave

I don't dislike! Always found Kroger great customer service pharmacy terrific, produce fresh, great food prices! Meats market clean, meats fresh!

I'm a rewards card member and I'm able to find certain food items on sale. They also offer a variety of gift card, you can purchase money orders, cash checks, and pay bills.

Love going to this Krogers. It was great seeing the pharmacist Mark back. And Michelle the cashier is the sweetest. There could be 5 lines with no one in it,and I will still go to her line.

I don't know how anyone could write that Kroger pales in comparison to WalMart. I stopped shopping at WalMart because they say they have the lower prices, but it's another walmart lie. Celery at Kroger is consistently 0.99 and so is iceberg lettuce, but at walmart it's $1.79!! Kroger is cleaner, the staff is nicer, and the checkout is fast! Walmart has about 30 registers, but usually only 4 or 5 open. Plus you have to put up with the "Walmartians"! My neighbor's purse was stolen out of her cart at the Valley View Walmart, too. Food Lion is too expensive, and don't support the Chinese by shopping at Walmart!
