Old Navy

One of the biggest Old Navy stores in Fairfax. They have got a lot of collection of various items. Some of the items at the store where also available for as cheap as $9.

Out of all the old navy around us. This is our go to place. Its very clean and staff is very friendly.

During a busy day I've seen most often the store just a wreck. But the last several times I went including2 days in a row during the busiest season ever - after Thanksgiving-to find the store looking good and pretty well organized. The service was fast and didn't have to wait a long time in the checkout line.They have such good sales!!

Just wanted to leave a review after being so impressed with the staff on August 19th.
It was a busy day with a line of people waiting to check out. As I stood in line, I could hear the staff apologizing for the wait. Mind you, it was actually flowing quite well. Nonetheless, they cared enough to softened the blow.
Never expected that. They were friendly and thoughtful! High marks to your team.

This place is extremely dishoveled. Clothes are everywhere. Good luck finding what you need. I was looking for a hat for my daughter. I asked for help bc online it said the store I was in had it. The clerk said it was probably in the back. I asked her if she could look for it and she stated that she could order it for me 😒

I am changing my review to 5 after being extremely impressed the other night I was there Jan 2020. The store was really clean. No clothing on the floor this time. It was really a 180. While waiting in line the gal in front of me decided to open a credit card. The lady at the register called for back up. She apologized for me waiting a long time. Which I didn't. But as a customer I always appreciate being acknowledged. I thanked her. Her name is Nancy. She clearly was running the store that night. Just wanted to say thanks to Nancy for being professional and making a late night stop in pleasant. Thanks Nancy. I will definitely be coming back.

Old Navy has frequent sales and stylish clothes. Sure, it can be a bit messy, but I've seen careless customers throw their items on the ground and the employees do their best to clean up. The staff is always pleasant. I always get my family's clothes there.

Well organized and clean. Staff are very helpful and let you browse at your pace. Plenty of dressing room.

Always a place for selection of Gap similar items at a lower price. Because it is a Gap Store it has quality items that you will love period from adults to babies there is a variety of clothing to choose from. Always a great value when they have a sale and even if you go to the outlet.

The store was very well stocked. It was quite busy yet the line moved very swiftly. The cashier was extremely helpful and dedicated. Excellent customer service.

I was there to return shoes for wrong size. The merchandise looked to be well organized while the shop was following social distancing well. They opened the door once in a while for ventilation.
