Safeway

I went to buy a few items and covid tests. The envelopes we needed, our favorite fair life fat free milk, and the cascade platinum dishwasher packets were all marked down. I asked the pharmacist about the covid tests. He informed me that I could get up to 8 tests at no cost. The receipt said $95, but the discounts brought them down to $0. The tests were far from expiration and higher quality than i have used before. Safeway is one of only 2 grocery stores my wife and I will shop at. They always have good prices, a huge selection, and keep a nice and clean store. Even the young lady at checkout gave us a great smile as she told us to enjoy our day. She even bagged our items into our personal shopping bag for us. Such a great experience.

I bought a latte at the Starbucks concession, and a gift card. The cashier was friendly and welcoming (lots of tattoos on her arms). The young barista at Starbucks (blond hair, glasses, speaks Spanish I think) is always friendly and engaging when I go there. Always a pleasant experience.

I don't get to shop very often because I have a hard time walking. Today I went there and as I walking up to the front door a young man by the name of Andrew was stocking plants by the door and saw me struggling to get up to the entry way. He came and asked me if I needed a riding cart and he got me one right away. I really appreciate him for that and the rest of my shopping was great. Really nice store. Please let Andrew know he made my shopping a really nice experience at your store

Who doesn't like Safeway.? Clean and very well stocked. Produce was beautiful and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the Starbucks inside the store. It was clean and friendly.

Always shopped at Safeway for many many years. Friendly helpful staff and when the lines were busy another one opened up right away. Good quality items for decent prices. The Safeway Shoppers club membership is a great way to save. And Safeway has many good quality items in their own brands for very competitive prices

Love it! It's clean and staff is always helpful and friendly. Their shelves are always stocked... oh and their fruits are the best to me in the area... I shop there every other day ...

I have received excellent service every time I have shopped at this Safeway. Particularly while dealing with the Deli department. Please note that the Deli department has been extremely helpful and I appreciate it.

These are the one people I can count on when at any given hour I can say wow I want oh like coconut infused cheese made with coconut milk instead of dairy milk and they're they are right off the cedar Lane conveniently close to where I live perhaps you as well are within convenient distance I suggest you run so fast that your shirt tail never contacts your back on the way there I love it there

It was my first time in here. Very clean and organized store. I found what I came in to get. There was a lovely lady at the self check out.

Consistently has items I need in stock. Very good to excellent produce. Very good bakery section. Very solid wine in stock.

Safeway is easily the best grocery store in the Fairfax area, as someone who has lived here for awhile now and been to quite a few different grocery stores it's easy to see Safeway has the best deals and widest selection of food. The staff are really nice here and have helped me on multiple occasions, last week one of the baggers helped me get all my stuff loaded up. I would recommend Safeway to anyone who likes saving money.

Safeway Pharmacy and there staff are excellent. The head pharmacist and many others over the last 15 years have gone way Beyond what there normal range of Duties require. I cannot thank them enough during a very life-threatening illness in which they all supported me, and making sure that they stocked brand medicines that they normally would not carry just so they would have them on hand at a drop of a hat. All of them are extremely educated and not only the medications that you pick up or prescribed, but even in homeopathic such as vitamins and how they could interact with medications that you take on a normal basis. I highly recommend Safeway pharmacy and the pharmacist that are FAIRFAX TOWN CENTER! P.Drake

If you need groceries, this place has them and will sell them to you. Also, there bakery section is dangerously delicious. Proceed with caution!

Nice store prices show higher cost of living in three area but with a preferred membership you get some discounts. Watch for the special half price and clearance sale promotions.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s right by my house. Sometimes when I have nothing to do, which is quite often, I come to this Safeway to take a nice walk and do some laps. Then I buy some candy and go home. Oh yeah, and cigarettes (the blue capris I’m trying to quit FYI) which defeats the whole purpose of my routine but whatevs. Anywhoo, later.

My favorite Safeway to find some new and delicious food or drink to try out, find a unique present (art themed shopping bags I bought a couple of years ago) and it's the place that I get my flu shot every year.
