One of the better Costcos in the area. Heavy on Asian related foods, which makes it more interesting.

Parking is a hellscape, but if it isn't, is it really a Costco 🤔? Otherwise, this is a solid, reliable shop -- been my main store for over a year and maybe once or twice the item I'm shopping for isn't there/sold-out, so that a major win in my book. Don't see a lot of food /products demo, but maybe I'm not there at the time. Overall, very clean, long lines for check-out, but super quick line time, nonetheless. Highly recommend. P.S. they have gas at this location! Totally worth it!

Plenty of room for overnight parking for early morning delivery. Depending on what you deliver call to see if they can take you early. They too 1hr to unload which isn't great but also not bad. This was due to unloading crew showing up later than normal.

Davis and Yug were quintessential in helping me with my shopping experience. I was just moving in to my apartment, and they helped me load my flats with any belongings and made me feel taken care of, making my shopping experience as stress-less as it could’ve been

Maaaaan i love Costco! Starting with the ladies at the service desk, so sweet and helpful!! Although it’s a busy place, the front end staff does amazing at keeping the lines moving. I went on 11/19 and Ms. Channa at the self checkout area was super quick, friendly, and efficient! Thanks Costco at Fairfax!

Costco doesn't have everything, but what they do have is pretty fantastic. If I'm not sure Costco has it, I will check online or in a future visit as Costco is one of my top options.

Props to the front end crew at Fairfax. Even on a federal holiday with a jam packed store, they kept checkout lines moving quickly and efficiently. It took less than five minutes from getting into a line to out the door. Fairfax is a well oiled machine.

Costco is one of the best and most consistent shopping experiences you could have. Everything is well stocked, clean and staff are very knowledgeable on products and if more supply is available. New products and surprise products are always coming in. One of my favorite places to shop!

I love the value I get from Costco. They always get new items. I got several Vega One Nutritional shakes which is a new item. You get at least twice the amount for the same price or less than the grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful despite how crowded it is on the weekends. The new "self-checkout" is a great addition especially since staff still do the scanning. I highly recommend a membership here!

Great place to buy in bulk! Pharmacy is excellent! Have 6 regular scripts here. Computer texts me to remind me of refills. Easy to reply to fill. Always ready quickly-hours or a day.

Costco always has the things that I need or options that I feel were a lot better than I expected. Service at the checkout counter is very efficient and effective.

I recently had an unexpectedly heartwarming experience at Costco Fairfax location, that I feel compelled to share. My mom, who speaks Spanish and occasionally faces severe anxiety attack, inadvertently left her phone at home. The panic set in as she desperately needed to reach a family member to take her back home. Enter Ms. Jia, a wonderful lady working at the front desk of Costco. Recognizing my mom's distress, Ms. Jia took immediate action. She not only provided a calming presence but also went above and beyond by bringing a chair for my mom and attempting to find my work number on her own cellphone. Despite the language barrier, Ms. Lucy, another employee at Costco, stepped in as a translator. With her assistance, my mom was able to recall where I worked, and they successfully reached out to me. The entire time, Ms. Lucy's warm demeanor and helpful attitude eased my mom's anxiety. When I arrived at Costco, I found my mom calm and comforted. The anxiety that had been severe when I received the call had noticeably subsided. In a touching moment, my mom hugged Ms. Lucy, expressing her gratitude for the tremendous support she had received. This incident not only highlights the exceptional customer service provided by Ms. Jia and Ms. Lucy but also underscores the caring and compassionate environment fostered at Costco. In a situation that could have been incredibly stressful, these two employees went out of their way to ensure my mom's well-being and made her feel genuinely cared for. It's moments like these that make a significant impact and leave a lasting positive impression. Kudos to Ms. Jia and Ms. Lucy for their kindness and exceptional service.

I was at Costco Fairfax VA last Thursday, 2nd of November for a return first and then do the usual shopping.
It went well at last because of a kind and a professional Lady
Ms Rachelle, she actually solved
a problem that was created by one unprofessional at the customer service called MARITZA S.
She had no clue that MARITZA and was acting weird and pretending to know everything, she made me wait for awhile and then started to call for
the Supervisor and then the Manager, Ms Rachelle was so quick and professional and didn't want me to feel that I was dealing with a weird one.

It was so shameful that Costco, the big Company, the big name put someone like that MARITZA S. , at the Customer service or even to deal with Customers, not only unprofessional, also very negative attitude.

By this msg , I'm trying to do a favor to Costco to keep it's good image by choosing who to put at the Customer service.

Amazing service specially from Eugene in customer service! He helped me set up my account and was extremely kind and helpful. The warehouse is clean and spacious, the parking lot and spaces are big, and the cart attendants bring in the carts in a timely manner.

I love Costco. You need a membership to shop here, but if you’re in a financial position to shop in bulk, it’s definitely worth it. They have so many quality goods, variety of food, spices, produce, tech, clothes, books, hygiene, and pharmaceuticals. They have quality tires for bulk discount, only really worth it though if you need 4 at a time. They have a great insurance policy. They offer eye and hearing care.

If you’re a student or live in an apartment, you can get an executive membership (you get 2% back on what you spend at the end of the year) so you can get a second card for a roommate, or you can buy groceries for the apartment and have people venmo you, and it makes it worth while pretty easily. Me and my cousin share a membership and split the cost each year and we’ve spent enough to make it worthwhile every year we’ve had it.

Costco was packed a friend of mine of course has a membership there so we went shopping. Mind you this is the day before Thanksgiving always make sure you go at least a week in advance this place was extremely crowded. We went to the self checkout so I don't know about the customer service as far as the front. But while we were on the floor I got assistance from a couple of young ladies about some female items so I think them for helping me out because it was my first time in that store.
