I love this store and their helpful staff. We went in for the famous Bruce Bolts gloves for my son and they did not have any youth size on the rack and the sales person went and found some in the back in different sizes for my son and I truly appreciate that kind of rare customer service. This was done without me asking him or even knowing I can do that. So next time if you see something online but not in store...always ask them. They are nice to help. We ended up getting gloves and a baseball bat.

Shout out to our sales representative Asha—she was so patient as I tried out different models of sneakers until ultimately landing on this pair of Hokas. She was excellent and gave great guidance. Excellent selection of shoes and apparel.

A large store with a big golf section. Four booths for trying clubs and a booth for lessons are available. The staff are friendly and I was greeted three times. You can find anything you need for sports and active living. The clothes for all of it are also here. Plenty of fishing gear, as well. It is in the mall, so there is plenty of parking when you arrive.

I wanted to run out of this place the moment I stepped in the shoe department because the customer service was horrible! A tall white young man acted as if we were bothering him, kept walking away from us, and basically tossed the box of sneakers at us. Then, Martel walked up to us, made eye contact, and asked us what we were looking for. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Any company would be thrilled to have Martel working for them! We purchased the pair of running shoes he suggested. I hope DSG appreciates and promotes this young man!

Wanted to sheer staff name Salam he assist me with professional customer service having to return a defective Rod made it smooth experience with his scale of experience and know exactly how to deal with the situation ! Big help I recommend customer dealing with such person vs some others clue less ! Thanks

I visited the Fairfax store this weekend and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and great selection of brands and price points. I was shopping for softball (daughter) and golf equipment (me!). I definitely prefer being able to go to the store and talk to staff and see in-person versus ordering and returning online.

Great place to get sports equipment and gear.

I went there to get some ski clothing. I was lucky Raquel was in her shift. She helped me to get what I want and she was very knowledgeable. Bug thanks to her

Very big sportong goods store worth supper friendly staff. It was easy to find and were supper helpful. I wanted to buy a spacific kind of inline skate but they didnt have it. However they helped me out with some other places that i could check out.

Very nicely laid out store with a large selection and easy accessibility. Glad to see they are using paper bags.

Today on Oct.8 I went in with my husband looking for a bike for my father in law and we came across Mr.Mark who works at the bike department, he was the most thoughtful person I have ever came across. He was so patient with us explaining what would be best to purchase and went out of his way just to show us the bikes. I could give Mr.Mark 100 stars if i could. He was the absolute best! I highly recommend him if you are struggling to find the perfect bike.

Looking for sneakers today. The store was busy, but they had plenty of staff available to help. This is an improvement over my last few experiences at the Fair Lakes location. They seem to have addressed that when moving to the mall. The selection is very large and I was able to easily find sneakers and actually for a reasonable price.

The 5 stars is for Carlos, the young cashier, who troubleshooted and did a fantastic job assisting my 84 year old Vet father with a fishing rod purchase when another employee made our shopping experience less than enjoyable with his questioning of a military id and unprofessional behavior to Carlos in front of us. I really appreciate the manager taking the time to listen to my concerns and making sure my father will not have the same experience next time he goes to the store.
