Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles Intl Airport, an IHG Hotel

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel! The interior is awesome and beautiful. It was very clean, organized and quiet. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The room was amazing! Having a restaurant in the hotel made it all the better! The food was affordable and surprisingly delicious! I would stay there again without a second thought!

They found my car cover. It was not stolen after all. Staff were very helpful and assisted me to get the cover back. Completely changed my opinion about their hotel.

Not a safe place to park your car.
I used "way" application to reserve an outdoor parking spot in this hotel for a reasonable price. Tonight, I picked up my car after a 13-day international trip and my all weather car cover was stolen. Hotel manager told me that they don't have security cameras in the back where my car was parked, so basically can't do anything for me. I don't want to stay in a place where somebody dare to steal a big inexpensive cover.

Our fire company had a banquet here. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The facility was very nice. Only comment is on the AV system, which went halfway out during a sideshow.
The catering was well done, and the waitstaff was smiling and cheerful.

The people were pretty great, special shout out to Tony for being extra helpful and kind. The restaurant food and people were also great. So convenient to be in the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was great. The front desk staff made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. It is very clean and quiet. The bed skirt in our room had some stains and could use a wash but other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Also, there is no unpleasant smell that some hotels have.
I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The decor reminds me of a luxury hotel, which says a lot for the IHG brand and Holiday Inn.
There are many outlets, a multi cell phone adapter, and a cell phone holder attached to the room phone. I love the convenience of a fridge and microwave in the room. There is ample parking and the hotel is in a convenient location for travel.

Beautiful rooms provided by airline when we missed our connecting flight. The rooms were spacious, beds were SO comfortable, and bathrooms clean and roomy. Would 100% stay here again

Great hotel especially for those people having connection flight the next day, it is close to the airport, the location is very quiet and away from the noise of city , most of the shops and restaurants I need are nearby , the rooms are very clean and big enough, house keepers are very friendly and helpful, finally the hotel staff were very friendly and professional.
We enjoyed our stay my wife and I even though it was a short one .

Clean, quiet stay. Only stayed here for one night, but everything was great, didn't have any problems with anything. The price was really good for the location, too. Our room was on the first floor, and previously I've had issues with noise when I'm on the first floor, but I'm happy to say I didn't have any issues.

A nice, clean and quiet hotel near the Washington-Dulles International Airport.
Also the personnel is very friendly.
There is restaurant located directly inside the building for dinner and another one for breakfast.
Breakfast is currently about 13 dollars.

The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the ambiance created by the light above/behind the headboard. The grill and bar on-site had good food and drinks that were reasonably priced for not having to leave the property.

Had a great stay, the property is conveniently located and parking is ample. The room itself was clean and we experienced no problems during our stay. The pool area was amazing! We've stayed at IHG brand hotels all across the country and never once have we seen a life guard on staff and locker rooms. No real complaints, but do wish the mattresses were more comfortable. Most of the IHG brand hotels feature very comfortable mattresses and pillows that make it feel as if you're sleeping on a cloud. The mattresses in the room we stayed in on the first floor were nowhere near as comfortable as other IHG brand hotels. Despite this, we would definitely stay again!

The guy that was running your shuttle today needs to be running your business. It’s obvious he is someone who goes above and beyond to find solutions for people. He is genuine, courteous, and helped myself and others. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m sure you already know who I’m talking about. He was on shift this evening/tonight. Thank you so much!

Truly enjoyed my stay here.
The hotel itself was very clean. From the foyer, to the rooms, it was spotless and well kept. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was $12.95 plus tax which wasn’t too bad but the food was great. Lots of hand sanitizer stations (love that in this Covid era we are in). We had a king suite and it was so comfortable. So much room to just relax and enjoy ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our travel group had dinner & entertainment here it was awesome. Music & singer was truly unforgettable. We joined with two other groups . Which made it a great occasion.

Was in town for a 2 day meeting Kristen and her team are AWESOME!! Ray and his team keep the place Super Clean and great service. Mac on over night shift is here every year when I come back. He is respectful and always friendly and professional. Love staying here when I am in town. "Kudos" to outstanding service and Cleanliness.

I had an early flight, and the night clerk was missing for 15 minutes from 0300-0315, which delayed our checkout and arrival at Dulles. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic. It has a great gym, nice rooms, and the day crew was amazing.

Great staff! We stayed at this hotel over the past weekend for a hockey tournament. Families from the team ate at the Pub and our server was Nunu. He was amazing. He single handedly handled our entire group. The manager, David, occasionally pitched in. David was very accommodating and friendly. Such nice staff.

Had to do a quick night here (a whopping 7 hours!) after a cancelled flight. Great hotel. Excellent shuttle service; they were able to accommodate a 3:30am request to IAD. O’Malley’s Pub was great for a quick night cap to wind down. Front desk staff at check in and check out were terrific. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and felt fresh and remodeled. Price was incredibly reasonable.

All in all, a great quick stay in an annoying situation. Keep up the great work.

Shuttle to airport was convenient. Onsite restaurant had nice beer selection. Rooms were on par for an IHG property. Very quick check-in process.
