National @Dulles never fails to impress. It is by far the easiest rental site to deal with. Great selection, clean and modern vehicles, never rushed and always efficient checkout/return.

From all my travel experience, National tends to have the best rental car experience. Frequent upgrades/good car selection, easy pickup/return, and very good customer service. The downside is that National tends to be slightly more expensive than alternatives… but overall I’d say it’s worth the cost.

Dulles has some of the best service relative to the other National locations (which is very impressive) and it’s consistent. I don’t leave reviews for rental car agencies… but maybe I should. Figured Dulles should be the first exception. Really wish every National experience was like Dulles!

Great service for a fair price. The entire experience of picking up and returning the car with the National was smooth and seamless. Car was super clean and only had about 1.8K miles on it. Won't hesitate to use this company again!

National has been my go too rental car provider. I am able to select the vehicle
of my choice and the are always clean and reliable. Never have I received an invoice with hidden fees or extra charges. Sometimes I fly into an airport that they are sold out of cars but again that only means they provide a high quality of customer service that everyone chooses them as a provided. Keep up the great service.

Due to inclement weather, our flights were canceled and rebooked. Unfortunately, the rebooking wasn’t satisfactory to meet our needs so we needed to schedule through a sister airline which had us coming from a different airport. Needed to rent a vehicle one-way only. And a larger vehicle to be able to fit five large suitcases. There was zero hassle, and when we landed back in the states, it was very easy to find a vehicle that met our needs. We were on the road in a very short time.. Very grateful to National For making things very convenient.. Sincerely grateful member.

National Car Rental couldn’t be a more reliable company for busy traveling workers, such as myself. The Emerald Aisle, friendly and helpful attendants, and cleanliness of the vehicles make National a leader in the rental industry.

Shuttle bus was easy to find and the driver was VERY friendly and helpful with our bags on and off the shuttle.

The exact vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot but the exact vehicle I needed was available. Checkout was a pleasant experience. I will definitely use National again.

It was very smooth I made my reservation online and on the day of pick up I went to the lot pick out my vehicle dwrove it to the kiosk and they checked me out. The return was even faster I dropped off the vehicle and the attendent looked it over and asked had I filled it up. I said I had and he said would you like your receipt emailed I said yes and I was on my way.

Excellent service. An employee greeted me when I arrived and the staff was very helpful when I didn’t have the credit card I booked thd reservation with. A gentleman named Rioll found the reservation and printed me a copy so I could exit with no issues. Friendly and attentive service lie this is why I dropped off my Hertz car and walked over to National when my trip was extended.

The team National Car Rental team at Dulles made picking out a car we would need for 4 weeks really easy. The car we chose, a Chevy Blazer, was roomy, clean, fuel efficient, and a very comfortable ride. Adding a toll tag for the DC area was easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dropping the car off in a different state was as easy as parking and leaving the keys in the lock box provided. Great experience. Thanks National!

Superior customer service and the choice of cars have always been hallmarks of National. Customer service at Dulles Airport was exceptional both on the pick-up and drop-off of the car during this rental.

I'm a travel nurse from South Florida. I decided to rent a car instead of putting miles in my vehicle. The manager for National Car Rental helped me save money on my rental. His name is Dennis Ofosu, Area Rental Manager. I'm an Emerald Member with National Car Rental. Every representatives and employees of National and Enterprise that I've encountered were very helpful, professional and they listened to you. I never felt hurried or ridiculed. They always made me feel a valued customer. These great locations were in Norfolk, VA Airport, Ontario Canada Airport, Dulles Airport in DC, Clarksburg, WV and of course the area manager of National Car Rental of Northern Virginia, Dennis Ofosu. The Enterprise location at Twin Falls, ID was a bad experience. They were rude and unhelpful. I trust National Car Rental and Enterprise. Their Customer Service is topnotch, and you can't beat the benefits you get as a member.
