Update 10/06:
I went to the store and had a chance to meet with the store manager, Jessica. I was very impressed with her service. I told her about my last experience; she sincerely apologized on behalf of her staff and assured me that the issue will be fixed. She earned the store the extra 4 start that I had taken off. I'm very glad that Jessica has stepped in and taken necessary actions. Thank you!

Extremely rude employees and store manager. Zero customer service! Express clothing quality has gone downhill, and some managers are not understanding. There is a huge gap in customer service in the store vs. online. It's unfortunate because I have been a customer for 20+ years and never had a terrible experience before. This manager gota go because she is not setting a good example.

Jessica the store Manager and Heather are amazing !! I used to go to shop at Tyson’s grab few pieces take it to the register and leave- no one will notice and ask for help . I decided to go to fair oaks mall and shop at their location since there is always someone asking if I need anything , Jessica and Heather are always giving me ideas on how to match my outfits and if they don’t have the size available they will order for me right away !! I love shopping at this location specially when they are working there ..

I went to this location earlier today looking to browse but not entirely sure what I'd end up on. Eden was very engaging, helpful, and kind. She singlehandedly made my visit stellar - all the while training 3+ new associates.

Wonderful customer service at Fair Oaks Mall, they went above and beyond to help me, I had a gift card and tried to use it online, and they froze my card, Tam called customer service for me and was on the phone for an hour to have my funds available for me, also he was very patient and let me stay 45mins longer after the store was supposed to close so I could finish my transactions, they were so lovely Tam and Omar, best customer care thus far.

Jessica and Oldin went above and beyond with all the assistance I needed in the store
They were extremely patient and courteous for me
Haven’t met any more patient and kind than these two

Hakeem was super helpful he helped us with whatever I need. Express do whatever you can to keep him!

Good selection of men’s and woman’s. Easy to find and helpful staff.
