Macy's

The store is clean and very well stocked. They were putting out all the new spring styles. Plenty of staff and they were all ready to help. The dressing rooms were nice and well lit. The shoe selection was fantastic. Macy's never fails to make your shopping trip perfect. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I went to Macy’s the one next to the food court, and was help by Marwaw, A very beautiful Middle Eastern woman! She helped me pick out a foundation with SPF. I walked Out with everything I needed! She helped address my beauty concerns. next time I will call to make sure Marwa is there before I go She’s fantastic!

Macy's to get to an indoor playground... And we almost didn't make it because of the incredible furniture display area! I've never seen anything like it. It's massive and so beautiful. They have at least 12 different living room sets and bedroom sets, cribs, rugs, office furniture, modern, classic, mid-century, budget, and luxury.
The kids had so much fun playing house (after I reminded them to not put their feet on the furniture or play!!) And we spent a lot of time sitting and experiencing different types of furniture that we never have before. I have a list of chairs, couches, a desk, and a dresser that I'm planning to buy over time.
The staff was incredible! They left us alone unless we had questions, and did not give my kids any dirty looks which was super awesome, new experience. We collect mid-century furniture and I was really impressed with the interesting styles and eclectic mix they had. All different types of wood, upholstery, faux leather, options, and the sales.! A lot of the furniture was up to 50% off.

Orders online & deliveries is taking a bit longer to get it before Christmas. So I dedicate to visit the store and Wow! ToysRUs are back in their store. They have 15% to 60 % discount on selected toys. Also, their kitchen items and small appliances are on sale and some are good deals for gifting. There’s no long line when checking out. If you’re concerned about social distancing you better visit them in the morning for less crowd.

It's great to see Macy's still going strong. All of the associates were courteous and eager to assist. A clean environment and a great destination for our mall trip.

So... glad to see that Macy's hasn't lost its charm. A few weeks ago, I received excellent customer care from Todd, who is actually a manager and works at the "At Your Service Desk" - Store # 11, Fair Oaks Mall. He is quite an asset.
His charming and helpful demeanor is much appreciated. I have also noticed on occasion - as I've walked thru the store to complete my three mile walk, that he practices this on a daily basis.

Meredith and Doug in the Mens department are amazing!!! They helped my tall fiancé find a suit that fit him perfectly! They we’re so knowledgeable about the suits and did an amazing job finding the perfect one! I highly recommend them for all your special needs for any occasion.

Kyoung Park is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, she was the best sales associate I have met in a while. Highly Recommend her!

Excellent place to find some hidden treasures for half prices.

This is regarding the backstage area, tons and tons of great merchandise at grest prices! I got a sun visor for my car I saw online for like $30 and I got it here for $6, cant beat it. The cashier was amazing and friendly. Can't wait to go back and shop for more deals!

I'm a former employee of Macy's, & it was nice to see that the customer service was just as Outstanding as it was back in 2010. Friendly staff, approached when seen & the best part of my visit was talking with your Ops Mgr Tracy who I worked with me @ the Tysons Corners store. It was so good talking with her, & reminiscing on the good times from back in the day. I'll be back

Walked in to purchase a fragrance, and came across a very professional associate, Mandana. She was extremely polite, super helpful, and helped me made my decision. The one thing that I loved about my experience was that I never felt like being rushed to choose what to buy. She was there to guide but allowed me to test different fragrances. I’m sure other stores have similar deals but great customer service is the key to customer loyalty.

Macy's is Macy's everywhere, however, what makes Macys more special than the rst is the staff. They gave one of the most friendly staff in almost every store I have visited. Fatima in the perfume section at Tyson corner store is one of the best ever, Jean at Lancome section very nice and helpful, and many many more of other employees.

I had a very pleasant experience, especially with Nadia who kindly helped to pick out a perfume. She was patient and professional during the whole shopping experience! Definitely returning again
