I bought a used Subaru forester from Reza a couple months ago and he has been nothing but helpful. Any questions or concerns about the car that I had he helped with immediately. I looked at a couple of different used car lots around Boston and was unimpressed until I found Boston Auto Sales. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a vehicle.

I recently bought an 07 Tacoma at Boston Auto Sales, and the whole process was very professional. Reza is a great guy and was incredibly helpful. He offered a very fair price for the truck and even tried to help us figure out what we could do to drive it home (it was an out of state buy). All in all I highly recommend Reza and Boston Auto Sales if you’re in the market for a used car!

Drove 90 miles to see the car and it was everything that was advertised. It was one of the best buying experiences that I have had.When we need another vehicle I will be back. Thanks again.

Like some of the more recent reviews have said, these guys are awesome. Look at their website beforehand and figure out which car you want, and they will make every step of the process as easy as possible. They set me up with a great car, got me a deal on new tires, and even helped with some of the cost of a repair I had to have soon after buying the car (an understandable repair for the number of miles on the car I bought). They have been super nice and I could not have asked for better customer service or a better first car! Prices are completely reasonable, come in knowing what you want and they will make it happen. Fantastic service!! Both gentlemen were kind, attentive, and patient, which I really appreciated since it is the first car that I buy. My budget unfortunately did not match the car that I was hoping for, but they were really kind and gentle in letting me know more options. I definitely recommend this excellent car dealership. When I have the budget I will be coming back!

I recently bought a car from Boston Auto Sales and enjoyed the process. I went in knowing which car I was planning on purchasing, looked at the car, took a few days, and went back to test drive and finalize the purchase. Ray was upfront and respectful of what I wanted and was very helpful in the process of title transfer, insurance, and all of the other headaches caused by the RMV. I'm very thankful for my experience and my car and highly recommend Boston Auto Sales!

Any rating below 4 stars is foolish. If you know exactly what you want, these guys will make the process 100% seamless. I bought my '16 Honda Accord from these guys and i was in and out of the dealership. I knew exactly what car, color and trim i wanted and signed the paperwork accordingly. They do NOT have a large lot which limits them to how many cars they can show. DO NOT COME HERE ASKING TO TEST DRIVE EVERY SINGLE CAR! Know what you want and you'll have no issues. Keep in mind, most cars do have a minor accident history but this is why they're able to offer the prices they have. Just do your research prior and you'll be fine. Ray was an absolute help and was straight to the point.

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. Kam was really great and went above and beyond to help me get financing. He gave me the best price on a really nice car, and bought my old car as a trade-in. His guys are really nice and helpful. They handled all the paperwork really fast, and made everything go beautifully. I found the whole experience was great. Kam provides friendly, personal service - overall it was a great experience.

I bought cars for all of my children here and it was the best decision I have made yet. Kam is probably the nicest and most helpful worker I have ever talked too. I had multiple cars on my mind and they showed them all to me and made great recommendations. They never said any lies to me in my few cars purchased. The customer service is great and I hope they keep it up. If you are ever looking to buy a car buy here beacause of their great deals and amazing help.

These guys were great to work with. Know what vehicle you're interested in by browsing online before you go in. The communication was great the when way through. Reasonable price for the car and the actual buying process was extraordinarily smooth and quick.

This place is awesome. Definitely a no nonsense, take it or leave it mentality, but they have some incredible deals that should not be missed. They do buy cars that have had minor damage, but they are all fixed through a dealership and you have a 60 day warranty with your purchase. If you don't want to spend hours, days or even weeks looking at cars in various locations, go here and you will find something you didn't think you could afford in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this place.

I bought a beautiful Honda Accord from this dealership and I could not be any happier. The car has been great, the price was $4000 less than everybody else and their service was fantastic. They helped me getting the car financed and helped me build my credit. I highly recommend Boston Auto Sales.

Generally excellent prices, especially on their discounted vehicles. Staff was very to-the-point, which I appreciated, though some other reviewers seem to have not, and honest (they told me about a minor accident a car had been involved in that wasn't on the Carfax, and that I'd have never noticed otherwise). It's worth noting that most (all?) of their cars were at some point involved in an accident and repaired, which is likely what allows them to offer such low prices. This can pose an issue, especially if you don't know what to look for, but the damage is often minor and fully repaired, and well worth a few thousand dollar discount. I purchased a car from them a little over a month ago at a very good price, and no significant issues have cropped up since. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

If you are looking for an amazing car buying experience this is the place. My boyfriend and I had been to 6+ big chain car places that had just about ruined cars for us for good before we went here. They have fantastic cars for even better prices, they are not pushy at all and they work with you to get what you want. If you are looking for the obnoxious pushy sales person who gives you free coffee and water and harasses you to get something this isn’t going to be the place. This is where you go if you know what you want and you want a great price. All the cars are right there so you can see everything - it’s very small but to me that’s great because you can see everything at once. All the reviews saying these guys are rude is just not true - these guys are real the guys are big places working for commission are fake!!! So if that’s what you want... anyway highly recommend Boston auto sales!

Got a great deal on 2015 Honda Civic. So far I have bought 4 cars from different dealers, but the experience this time was the most pleasant I ever had. Kam was very helpful and professional. Gave car information, history, and also helped me consider all possible options. He also disclosed about a minor accident, which was not mentioned in the CarFax !! It's rare to find this level of honesty from Car dealers ;)

I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 for 2 months and I found a clean, low mileage RAV4 at Boston Auto Sales much cheaper than all other dealerships. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. I was very happy with my purchase. They made everything so easy for me. I love my car. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely go back.

4.5 stars. They had the best price for the car that I wanted (2015 Honda Accord EX-L). I was a bit worried reading the negative reviews. But, many such reviews expected a normal sales staff. This is not a place to browse and figure out what car you want---it's a parking lot of tightly-packed cars with a trailer for an office. Kam is the owner. I largely dealt directly with him and found him easy to work with (see my review of Herb Chambers Honda for the other extreme). He brought the car to my mechanic in Natick for a pre-purchase inspection. He fixed the issues w/o question. He updated me on progress and was easy to reach. When I came for the closing (with my RMV-1), he worked efficiently and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The documentation fee ($399) was in-line with other Boston-area dealerships. He didn't try to hide issues and he didn't take short cuts on repair---e.g. he replaced both rear tires even though only one was identified by my mechanic as being too low. I had my mechanic do a major service after purchase and they didn't find any issues.

Note that Kam charges a fee ($299 IIRC) if you want them to register the car for you. But, it only took me 30 minutes after finishing paperwork at BAS to drive to and register the car at the Watertown RMV.

The one hiccup was that the car failed inspection due to tint that was too dark. When I called, Kam told me how to peel it off and said they'd take it off if I brought the car back. Took me about an hour to get it all off and it passed inspection on the 2nd try. To Kam's credit, the car had previously been inspected in MA (per the autofax) and I know that MA inspection recently got a lot stricter. Ideally, he would have at least pointed-out the possible issue before purchase, but I think it was an honest oversight.

In summary, I saved $2-3k in purchase price and spent $200 more on my mechanic that I think I would have with a more expensive car. But, I'd much rather support my mechanic than foot a salesperson's bonus check! I'll definitely be checking out Boston Auto Sales the next time we're in the market.

Bought a vehicle from Kam on Valentine's Day for my wife. He ruined my day because I enjoy doing battle with car salesmen. He gave me nothing to argue about. He did all I asked. It was actually a great experience. I had the car by the next day. I highly recommend dealing with Kam.

You should know what you're choosing when you pick Boston Auto - they are all about getting you a great deal. There's no pomp and circumstance like buying from a dealer - and the place is tiny. But Kam and the guys there are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about how the process works (insurance, registry, everything) and happy to sit down and work through it all with you. Very happy I found them and will certainly keep their card for the future! Thanks guys!
