My delivery was missing a couple items.

But, Susan had it sorted for me in 5 minutes after 5 days of everything else I tried to resolve it. I’m new at this.

Can I express how relieved I feel knowing I can count on the crew at Star Market.

I’ve worked in customer service most of my career and I haven’t seen such loyalty to getting it right since my time as a cook in the Air Force.

Great Star Market and supermarket in general. Ample parking and huge store. Super roomy aisles. You will rarely run into anyone. Amazing selection of products and presentation. The store is well maintained and stocked. Everything is well organized and clearly labeled. There is also a Starbucks inside and a Osco pharmacy. Great place period.

This shop is a fine option. Tons of parking (often used for going to other places nearby...it's fine...!) They have an ample amount of veggies and fruit that are fresh and affordable. Not fruit stand cheap but you know. Not a ton of vegan options, but a ton of options for shoppers who aren't picky. They carry a lot of products for non -"American" foods, too. Bring your own bags or pay 6cents each!

Love this store. Very friendly employees. This was 6 years ago.
In October 2022 an employee lied and said I threatened to kill StarMaket employees. He later admitted that it was not the truth. I've call over 13 times to the customer complaint line, only to have all the cases close without any call back from the district manager. I have been documenting all situations from every visit. I still love, and NEED the store, the convenient location, and food to survive. I've never done anything in the store or to any of the employees, and again have dates for camera reviews. My concern has not been taken seriously, and now the employees are recruiting nearby residents to participate. I plan on hiring a private investigator.

Conveniently located with excellent business hours a great selection of lots of fresh products!

Good selection of very fresh produce, with various sales on the more expensive lettuce mix boxes, citrus, apples, and various other fruits and vegetables. Also quite a few sales throughout the store, one great thing being that even if it's a - for example - 2 for $5 or 3 for $9, you don't have to buy the full amount to get the sale price. Also, the for U rewards program helps save a *very* decent amount of money. Generally, star market is on the higher price end of grocery stores, and i have found that with the rewards program and sales, one can make their grocery trip much more affordable.

It's one of my local go-to supermarkets. Although stop and shop is a couple of minutes closer to my place, I prefer shopping here.

Started to use the app recently and I love the occasional discounts I discover there, like very affordable steaks, fruits etc.

The one downside (not directly related to the star market itself though) is that the wine shop located by the registers is a bit on the pricier side.

This place is basically like any other Shaws/Star market. I think they're pretty good and a good value. They also do all these specials with their app which irritates the hell out of me because I hate having something like that on my phone but I just turn it off when I'm not using it. I turn it on when I go into the grocery store and I always get these cool specials.

The associate that oversees the self check out was very helpful, he is a great asset to the food chain star Market company. Kudos to him and his management team.

This location offers quality service and great deals! The deli has amazing people who work in the department and really enjoy serving customers. I often go there with people who are disabled. They go above and beyond to make their day! Thank you, Star Market, for the people you hire!

Love their weekly grocery specials.
I have the lamb loin chops on my list this week.

They sell cold cuts at the front of the store. Perfect for waiting the 70 bus to Central Square or 86 bus to Sullivan Square.

Very big star market with all you can need. Bright and airy, very different from the Brookline location i had been to

I love their seafood section
This is my go to spot for my children's birthday custom cakes and cupcakes. They've never let me down and if something wasn't right they're more than happy to fix it free of charge. The prices are great.

Great produce, meat at very good prices and selection (mutton!, Turkey breast!) and really friendly people at the Deli, Liqour store and registers. Really friendly

The staff here at this Star Market are exceptionally helpful and personable. I've lived here since September of 2016 and within 2 months I knew at least 15 people there by name and face. They were all absolutely wonderful individually and helping me out with all sorts of different issues. The place is enormous and we'll stop the best variety I've seen with rock bottom prices of all sorts of incredibly unusual specialist stuff from all over the world. It is the most amazing supermarket near in the city of Boston. People from every single Department and including the store manager mr. Cusack have bent over backwards to help me with all sorts of different things. The store also contains an independent wine shop with great prices on all sorts of alcohol which sells cigarettes as well. The whole place is an absolute treasure it has the feeling of a corner shop and the convenience and selection of a massive Supermarket but it absolutely seals friendly and wonderful. I feel very lucky to live next door. And seeing as I don't feel like moving ever they are stuck with me.
