There's a person who works there,I think his name is Abdi, he's the fastest person there, and he helps with everything.although it is very busy in there, it will quickly finish the job.I can't say the same for other employees.

Who ever works Tonight was amazing. Give this guy a raise he was one of the best 711 employees I have ever talked to.

Okay-ish place. Don’t really get any good vegetables or good bakery products - they always have stale ones. Milk that they have has very short shelf life - expires in 4-5 days max.
I just go there if I need something like a chocolate / snack urgently.

Four dollars for a bag of ice? What is wrong with these people. $1.29 at market basket. That means others should be two bucks max. the stupid owners just lose customers.

If you're ordering drinks via Uber Eats, don't even bother selecting because you'll just receive whatever the person packing it decides they want to give you.

The green games are stale, and a dollar overpriced

For someone living in the vicinity this is the worst place. Customers don't understand that not leaving your car running with music on full blast at 3 am IS an option.
Calling 911 is pointless. By the time a police car is dispatched they're usually gone.
They hire kids who won't play police for minimum wage - understandable. The owner clearly doesn't care.

Another epic night of shouting match and F-bomb throwing by 2 men the other night. An absolute delight!

A little edit to add that contacting 7-eleven (as suggested in the response below) did nothing. I filled the form and never heard anything back from anyone. No measure has been taken.

I ordered a slurpee and I found roaches in it… I didn’t even notice until I chewed on it…

Worst 7 11 in the state ,don't even think about placing orders here for delivery. They always make excuses, never fill orders ,make delivery drivers cancel orders and customers end up waiting for hours to get their order that's if the employee feels like preparing it. Doordash and Ubereats should cancel their accounts here

The daytime staff is decent and helpful. The skinny guy on the cellphone who works overnight is absolutely the laziest, worst store worker I've ever seen in my life. Everyone in Brighton knows and speaks about him yet the store doesn't fire him. Sometimes you walk in there late at night and there is no one at the counter and that's because he is in some back room on a personal call. He is on the phone the entire shift every day and won't even acknowledge your presence...let alone put your groceries in a bag. He is horrible.

Rude employees that overcharge on items that are supposed to be on sale--noted with a price tag--and an unwillingness to recognize their error. Either change the tags or ring people up at the right price that is advertised. Being treated with hostility for pointing this out just means I'll hit up literally any other convenience store nearby for the same products and presumably, prices that match what they're labelled.
