Harvard Convenience

Harvard Convince is my all time favorite corner store!! every time i go i am met with kindness and very helpful staff and always leave with a smile. This store has everything i need for a late night snack. Lucky, the man behind the counter, is amazing and kind. He remembers my order every time! I’ve never had such a good experience with a convince store before. I look forward to going each time. I recommend it to all my friends and they love it too. if i could give a higher review than 5 stars i would! Thank you harvard convince

The people that work here are very helpful and kind since opening they have added liquor n wine to the store as well all you can find in one place!

Customer service always excellent. Everyone is always nice and polite. Always have great conversations as well whenever I come in. Overall it’s a good place to come in and grab what you need!

You may have noticed that the reviews here are quite polarized. The explanation is simple: the staff here are some of the kindest, friendliest people you are likely to meet in the Boston area - but the moment you take advantage of that kindness, are rude to them or others, or disregard the very simple expectations of etiquette in a retail environment, they have no problem standing up for themselves. It has become an unwritten "rule" that retail workers should simply allow themselves to be put down and abused by customers, but thankfully, the Harvard Convenience crew disagree. They have been nothing but warm, welcoming and accommodating to my partner and I because we have shown them the same courtesy.

They have a lovely selection of unique and hard-to-find snacks and drinks as well as standard convenience store fare. Since we moved to Allston several years ago, we've stop in here often just to chat and grab a quick drink or snack on the way home from class or work - we've never had any reason to complain, and our favorites are always in stock because they know we'll buy them. If you read the negative reviews here, remember that there are two sides to every story. ;)

My husband and I love this store!! They carry all of our favorites and the only woman I ever encounter is kind, funny and always has nice things to say to me and my family! We moved from area and travel all the way from South Shore to stop in about once a week and we always are treated with respect and courtesy!

Great store With very very patient and nice staff plus all the smoking products are perfect from their backwoods to their fontos. since I started coming here this is the only place I go from my tobacco products and my gushers. 🙏

friendly staff and a large variety of things to choose from!

i’m lactose intolerant, so i was pleasantly surprised when i found they sell some non dairy products that i love.

they also sell dippin dots which i love!!! (but i know i shouldn’t eat with my dairy intolerance.)
