I had a 6:00 appointment Daniel assisted me at 5:50 he was so awesome great young man. He went right to work I didn't even have to ask him to do it he isn't did it. While he was doing that my aunt and I had a nice conversation with Erica she too was also kind and friendly. This is my go to store now. Honesty I had some bad experience with Sprint tonight changed all of that. Daniel was so patient with me. They are all great there. Daniel, Erica and Brian. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much

Wow, what an incredible experience! This was by far my best cell phone store visit/experience to date. Krysteen was so professional, polite, and patient throughout the entire process. The store didn't have the exact phone setup I was looking for, but with Krysteen's help I left even more satisfied than I had originally anticipated. Sprint has always had top notch customer service, but this was best of the best. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :-)

I came in with some really frustrating reception issues after switching from t-mobile, and I honestly thought this was gonna be a long, arduous process. What I found was that employees Amna N and Jae Destin made my experience WAY better than I could have imagined. My issue was fixed so quickly, and both of them made sure to check my coverage, my phone, my settings, and everything I needed. Honestly, I wish all customer service experiences were this easy and pleasant!

I have been a Sprint customer for many years. I have been to this store several times in order to switch phones or to obtain repair service, I have found the staff here to be consistently knowledgeable and responsive. Sprint phone service -- coverage, call quality, etc.,-- on the other hand, has been spotty since they took out the Nextel towers. In fact, I have had such poor service over the past few months that I am thinking about installing a competing network of Dixie cups connected by strings, I would switch to Verizon right now but for the $350 early termination fee. Sprint should blush to accept my money this month.

Went to this T mobile store after they switched to T mobile from Sprint. Had a interaction with the current Manager Mr. Dustin. He was very patient and resolved the issue. Great Service. I had very bad experiences from the old Sprint store there and I went back there after 5 years.

Jeremy S was super helpful. Had two unsuccessful and frustrating attempts at getting what I needed from Verizon and AT&T with no luck. I was into T-Mobile and out what my new hotspot very quickly.

Customer Service is wonderful! Jae Destin was so patient with my phone issue and remained in the store even after it closed to help me get my phone fixed while i was on the spring customer service line! Definitely recommend.

My HTC EVO 4G LTE was not responding and was unusable. I called the store explained the problem and they asked me to come in so the could take a look. 15 minutes later my phone was working again. Great Service.

K gave us the best customer service ever. Highly recommend going to see him at that Sprint location.
