Went in today to print a Christmas gift and couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and the service I received.

Jamal in the printing department was extremely attentive, dedicated, and very enthusiastic when it came to assisting me. He went above and beyond to ensure the final print came out even better than I was hoping. The quality of service Jamal provided is very hard to come by in 2023 and has ensured I’ll be returning to this location for any future needs.

If you‘re reading this Jamal, thank you for making my family’s Christmas that much better.

Crystal, over in the print services department, helped me out in a huge way. I had a very large print job that needed to be prepared for Monday morning that also needed to be coil bound and when I called the store she said she could do it no problem. When I met her at the store she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Thank you Crystal!

Quiet nice store with great customer service!

Popped in for an office chair, and Tom was a great help. He gave good advice and solid recommendations and helped me get the exact type of chair I was looking for. I already know about chair traits and what makes different types distinct, and Tom knew exactly what he was talking about. 10/10 would buy a chair again in 8 years.

Adam from printing services was so helpful and kind during the whole process of printing materials for a wedding. I went multiple times with different proofs and he was able to help and accommodate me each time. Adam went above and beyond in helping me and I would recommend staples printing services in Burlington because of him!

Cadmarie (I apologize I know I'm spelling it wrong) is THE BEST. I got a desk that was on sale already and she helped me save even more by showing me how to use the Staples Connect app. She even then helped me load the huge thing into my car in the pouring rain!!! This woman needs a raise 🙌

Wonderful customer experience today! Brought my laptop in to remove old anti virus software, renew Virus Shield Plus, and have McAfee installed and activated. Tae answered all of my questions and was able to get everything done while I waited so no need for a return to the store! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service at a good price. Thanks so much, Tae, for making things easy!

I always get the best service from Theresa at the copy department in the Burlington store. She has done a great job for me for the last 10 years. She takes care of all the detals every time. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!!!!

Very good service, I went to get a Chromecast and it wasn't on display. The sales rep was very kind and took the tag off to look it up for me came back with a box full of them very quickly. Wayyy better than best buy.

Very good customer service! The manager was very patient in helping my wife and I find a chair and then he helped ensure we got the proper discount at the register. Highly recommend!

The operations manager (I think his name was Jeff) and another associate went completely above and beyond to help me with a complicated return. They could’ve easily told me I was out of luck but the manager went through all the hoops to look up my transaction and in the end my return was completed luckily! Thank you guys!

Extraordinary service! A printer was having trouble processing my order and the sales assistant went way beyond the minimum to both fulfill my order and make me leave a happy customer.

I've gone to a bunch of different Staples for my job and this is by far the best. Especially Adam in the printing area, he's helpful, competent, and cheerful.

This place is awesome for office supplies. Jeff was so helpful and informative when I asked him for help on picking out the correct ink for my printer. Will definitely be back.
