Had a very positive experience with Nick who is a salesperson. His product knowledge was excellent, and he made me feel like a special customer. It’s increasingly rare to feel good these days in a retail environment. That’s why I’m fortunate to buy all my clothing at Duluth Trading Company

Wow. First time here and am super impressed! Came all the way from Easton too! So my dog is in love with ruff dawg balls and I googled and they had them in store for 40% off for Black Friday. I was going to Cat Rock dog park in Weston so I did two for in store pick up. That was around 1145 am. I got to the store around 3 and they still didn’t say my order was ready so I decided to look around. I must have looked as confused as I felt because a really nice young man behind the register asked if I needed help. I told him I had an online order that wasn’t ready yet but could he show me where the balls were bc I didn’t see them out. He did more than that. He looked up my online order and went in back to check on it and lo and behold it was done. I don’t know why it didn’t email me but it’s Black Friday so I’m not holding any grudges. Very happy with selection, price, and especially customer service! Will be back again

Love their products, last a long time so thay are a little expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Wow, amazing. It was my first time in a Duluth store and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The store is meticulously clean well arranged and beautiful. The quality of the products far surpassed my expectations and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. The employees were very helpful, pleasant to deal with and knew the products very well. The manager Mike even went out of his way to give me a $10 discount coupon on additional products I picked up in the store after receiving my online order. Very timely (quick) order fulfillment and a wonderful shopping experience (especially for this time of year). Thanks Duluth Trading 😃. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Great staff and fantastic clothes. A little bit pricier than typical "everyday" clothes but worth every penny. Everything I've bought has been top-notch quality and lasted through abuse. Generous return policy, too. Plus they have a cool woodworking display as well as coffee and water. What other clothing retailer has that?

Quality comfortable clothing. Prices are reasonable. Selection in stor can be iffy, but great overall.

One of my favorite outdoor outfitters. Mainly shop there for warm winter clothing. Return policy and employees are A+!

I want to give a big shout out to Duluth! I had never visited their store before, but have lived in the area for many years. I'm so glad I had to run an errand there for a family member because I met the kindest workers who were willing to help me find exactly what I needed. I walked out with "no yank" tanks - who knew these existed? I also purchased the best "Buff" headbands and a sweater that I paid a little more than I normally would, but I get great compliments! This is a fun store with lots of interesting gift ideas. Glad I walked in!

Store is even better than I imagined it would be. I went in minutes after the doors were opened and I was helped right away. It helped that I had researched online before coming in but the gentleman that helped me pointed out the two items right away. A work vest and the work gloves that I needed. I was completely done within 10 minutes. Looking forward to coming back soon for all the other stuff I need.

They have the best selection of men's underwear around. I always get the Extra Long Boxer Briefs. Would recommend.

The quality of Duluth is awesome! The clothing here is built of much tougher stuff than most places. The customer service was great and friendly too. Things here are on the expensive side but don't let that deter you. The quality is so good that you will likely have their clothing for years. I would drive an hour here again sometime.
