Clothing store for men, women, and children in the Burlington Mall. Clothing is mostly casual. Some jackets in the winter and swim suits for the summer. There is an outdoor entrance.

Went looking for a winter coat for our daughter. Was able to find one she liked. Price was high as expected but 40% off made a nice savings. We will come back next time we need a coat for her.

I was shopping yesterday and it was busy but I asked an associate for the location of a product. I could not have had better service if the store was empty. She went out of her way to find chinos. You should be proud of your employees at the Burlington Mall Lands End!

I always buy clothes from Lands End because of the quality of their products! Their clothing lasts a long time and everything fits well! I absolutely recommend them for anyone!

Amazing customer service. Went to get my son fitted for school uniform and the person that helped me (can't remember her name) went above and beyond helping us. We were able to get him fitted and placing the order in less than an hour.

New store!! Easy entrance from inside the mall and also parking lot ( Milton's/Bentley/Parm). Lower level of Primark.
Can order online in store with free shipping to your home if item is unavailable in store. Online returns. School uniforms, samples are available for students to try on.

Went to the store to handle an online return. They had a special section set up for online returns, which sped up the process. They also had kiosks where you could reorder items with free shipping. Great setup. Friendly staff.

The woman who helped was very kind and double checked that the return that we received the email receipt before leaving the store. In and put without any waiting. Great service, very friendly. I just wish I had gotten her name.

Lands End at Burlington Mall is closed, but I understand that they will open another location soon. Lands End clothing in general is great quality. They guarantee everything!
