Sonesta ES Suites Burlington Boston

I was not expecting much for the price we paid. It was pretty inexpensive for a two bedroom suite and we chose this hotel because it accommodated my party of 4 adults and 4 children. I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival! The staff was incredible. Especially the young lady working Friday night. The rooms were great, shower pressure wasn’t my fave but everything else was great. Hot breakfast in the morning. Quick ride to Boston. Overall it was an amazing experience and the next time we come to Boston I would chose to stay here again!

This is a nice place but the rooms feel a little rundown. But the kitchens in each room is great. This money spent on take out. The have a large hit breakfast with tons of variety n a large eating area.

So CLEAN; COMFORTABLE room and bed; not 1 complaint. But, one suggestion: make sure you get up early for the breakfast!

This place was amazing for my family and I! The rooms and the furniture was clean too. This location was perfect as we wanted to walk around and look at the views! This place has a swimming pool and a basketball hoop which the young ones loved so much. (They were there for 2-3 hours everyday) I’m definitely coming back but with more people because this place is amazing! 10/10

The senior lady who serves in the Breakfast bar is quite nice! But where is the tip box? I wanted to show my gratitude to her.

I just came back from staying at the Sonesta and I had a wonderful experience! I was in a regular room with a king sized bed, it was a very good sized room with a full kitchen area and a workspace. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked! I did not use the pool but I could see it from my room, and it looked very clean. There was a light breakfast in the morning, which was very good, and all of the staff were extremely friendly! I would definitely return!
PS if anyone needs to know, this hotel is pet friendly!

I had a great experience here and was very pleasantly surprised. I loved this room, it was a cute little suite with a full kitchen! Nice room, very comfortable. Staff was great and really friendly and helpful! Great price and great location. I will definitely be back!

Considering I am a previous general manager of ESA Woburn it was a very good experience staying in another hotel that offered the same Services what I can say is this general manager takes pride in her hotel definitely I constantly seen staff fixing problems I constantly interacted with housekeeping very professional they did awesome jobs keeping cleanliness of the rooms her assistant general manager was always very pleasant to work with I gave this hotel five stars again being a general manager of an extended stay hotel type it is very hard to control the guests that you allow to come inside of your hotel so the things that I see on these reviews of people complaining are only expected when you have long-term stays for instance the smell I never experienced one unpleasant smell while in the hotel the beds were always very comfortable the pillows as well I switched from one floor to the next just because I wanted to be at a higher elevation for sites and I can tell you the cleanliness of both floors were very pleasant sometimes when you have hotels that have pets you cannot help the wear and tear of the hotel carpet that is strictly on each guest to control their dogs behaviors I give this hotel a five-star with the general manager and it seems that her management does a great job backing her up which is always a plus because it is very hard to run a hotel like this when you don't have a strong management team behind you it allows the manager to be able to maintain her property I also add she had working Grill area was very clean well maintained very happy overall satisfied with my stay job Talia I would be coming back to stay again if I ever need an extended stay!!!

Stayed for 3 nights in the 2 bedroom suite. My family was very happy here. The check-in was easy. The suite was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I wish some of the clientele would keep in mind that other people are in the building and not have stampeding bulls down the hallway... At all. I can't hold the hotel responsible for people's lack of behavior. I would stay here again.

The best hotel I have ever been privileged enough to stay here. Gorgeous building, high quality rooms & high quality service. Staff is extremely efficient, pleasant & helpful. They all go above & beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for extended stay.

Rooms are of a good size. Beds are comfortable and kitchen/bathroom facilities in the suites are well maintained. Good covid measures in place making the communal areas clean and providing a good selection of breakfast options. Ideal location if you need to get to many of the business parks in the area as the main roads are nearby.

The rooms were very clean, the dishes were well-stocked, the breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and the staff was so friendly! We were able to have everything we needed to be comfortable. The pull-out was squeaky, but it was still a comfortable sleep and the other people in the suite didn't hear it. We all rested well and felt more at home than in our own home!

The resort is gorgeous and the room is so lovely. The front desk is very helpful with any questions I asked. They also were very accommodating for any handicapped issues I had. The complimentary breakfast was some of the best ones I ate and the corn muffins were delicious! The doorways in the rooms were wheelchair accessible and wide enough for anyone to go through. The only problem I had was that the pool was not open. Apparently, up north pools are only from memorial day to labor day. Good thing I live in Florida! But all in all, this is a stunning, welcoming place to stay and you won't be sorry!

Close to everything, all the services you could need when traveling, laundry, etc. Got the suite and couldn't be happier with room size. 20 minutes away from Boston and pretty well everything we wanted to do

We stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 3 older children - could not have asked for a better room to accommodate everyone! The suite was spacious and very well appointed. Loved having access to a full refrigerator and other kitchen amenities during our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly for check-in and check-out. Continental breakfast was kept fairly well stocked but anyone showing up towards the close of the breakfast hours should not expect everything to be stocked (not uncommon in any hotel).

The hotel is very easy to get to and convenient to the Burlington Mall and area shopping centers. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family staying in the area.

Great room. Nice stay. Pleasant staff. No complaints. We asked for a later checkout, and offered to pay half day rate, but was told it wasn't necessary and got out late 330pm checkout.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is nice. The place is clean. The rooms are clean.

One point I need to bring up. Due to COVID hotels are not offering daily housekeeping of rooms. If you need towels or toiletries you have to ask for them.
The buffet breakfast is also gone. This is with all hotels.

Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. My king room had a kitchen with fridge, two burner cooktop, microwave and assorted tableware for two. Breakfast was good, with oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, a warm starch (toast/home fires/pancakes) and warm meat (sausage patties/sausage links/bacon). They also served buffet dinner Tuesday-Thursday, which wasn't gourmet dining, but perfectly adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Large suite with full size fridge and all your kitchen needs, in room safes and very quiet when you need it to be.

One of the best examples to show how customer care and hospitality industry is in providing the best service. Very clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, pillows, cozy bedroom including a kitchen, dining table and LED TVs. The breakfast buffet is a pleasant surprise. Add a gym, basketball court and water pool to all this, and you will love to stay here
