This H-mart location has been the first one of this chain that I have been to. The selection remains the most diverse and it is the most spacious H-mart within Mass. They have everything for your average to very fancy summer BBQ or sushi night. Everything is reasonably priced but the non-sushi-grade salmon is priced a bit higher than most anywhere including their “wet market” section IMO. Still a must-go place for all things BBQ and sushi tho.

This is a great find of everything Korean. You can find prepared and ingredients for your favorite dishes. There is so much to cover, but you will be very pleased if you are looking for vegetables, meats or seafood. There are so many prepared options that you can take home and heat it eat as is.

In addition to the full supermarket, there are two cosmetic stores carrying Korean cosmetics, a nice staple-like store selling Korean products. There is also a food court that includes arround eight vendors. There is a bakery and several restaurants. We got some dishes here and they were delicious.

Big place. Fruits, food court, vegetables, meats, seafood and even electronics. I always visit to try new things. Is a great place to explore and see Asian culture. I love it

When I'm back in the Northeast this is my go to market for goods. Love the food court and selections. Today was our first time eating here though. The group got, Hot Stone bowl with Tofu, spicy ramen, tonkatsu ramen and bulgogi soup. Great place!

Hmart is a huge Asian super-store, specializing in Korean foods but with a good selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Southeast Asian items as well. You have to experience it to appreciate the effort that went into this wonderful store.

The seafood section is aromatic, as some reviewers have pointed out rather disdainfully. It reminds me of the markets in Taiwan and other parts of Asia, where real people sell real food. Americans are a bit too used to everything in a sanitary plastic wrap.

The meats are somewhat specialized to Korean tastes: pork belly, thick cut bacon, chicken feet, etc. The prices are high compared to a regular supermarket. You can certainly get standard American style meats such as chicken thighs and drumsticks, but you might want to get those at the local Market Basket (just around the corner).

There's a huge section of frozen foods, most of which are not obtainable from American supermarkets, such as Japanese natto (fermented soy beans), edamame of multiple varieties (Trader Joe's does carry this, but not the variety), frozen dumplings, wontons, and east Asian specialty foods of every variety.

The prepared foods section includes a full wall of kimchi selections, in all sizes and forms. If you like kimchi (or you might want to acquire a taste for it, because it's full of probiotics) you will love this place. Not only cabbage; there's kimchi daikon radish and other vegetables as well. One of my favorites is the sliced stewed tofu which is reasonably priced and goes great on rice.

The produce section is large and features a fair selection of Asian vegetables and standard stuff like bananas (also Asian mini bananas), a wide variety of tofu's, some Asian fruits such as Asian pears, dragon fruit, persimmons, Korean purple grapes, durian, etc.

The kitchen and home ware section includes Korean-made and China-made dishware, chopsticks, rice makers, woks, and kitchen implements, all tailored somewhat to Korean tastes. I picked up a Korean gas grill and some cylinders, for wok cooking in my electric kitchen.

The food court has a wonderful variety. It takes several visits to begin to understand all the cuisine varieties that are available. Some dishes are more expensive than others; unfortunately, prices have been going up, but such is true everywhere. The sushi restaurant also carries a good selection of ramen noodles and rice bowls and if they moved to a separate building, I believe they could stand alone as a popular destination. Other stalls offer bibimbap, pad thai, rice omelets, grilled squid skewers, boba frozen drinks... the woiks.

Recently a Korean street-food stall opened up, offering a Korean variation of corndogs and a few other fascinating items.

If you are looking for Japanese specialty items, I honestly would recommend Maruichi, a small Japanese grocery store in Arlington, Mass. But for the variety, convenience, and good sit-down dining opportunities (albeit, crowded and you may have to wait for a table at certain times of day), Hmart just can't be beat.

Oh wow. My family loves this place. Being a fish lover, it's a paradise. Can easily spend half a day scanning through all isles. We always get a variety of fish like shrimps, sardines, mackerel, pomfret etc. It's good to get help with cleaning and cutting too. Very nice and helpful staff. A variety of fresh produce just makes me stay there forever. Kids also had boba tea on the way back. I resisted looking at the cafe and the dessert area. Was very tempting. But I took my friend's baby to the toy shop.

A very busy Asian supermarket, with a large parking lot, but they are very busy, you may need to find a parking space for a while, there are many grocery options, and snacks for you to choose from

June 2023: Still love this place, but the prices sky rocketed. The things I typically buy more than doubled since a year ago.
September 2022:
Huge! The first time you come here really awes you with all the choices of foods you can't get in a typical super market. A lot frozen foods, a lot of fresh foods, I was like a kid in a candy store. My favorite section was assortment of frozen dumplings. A large section with pickled items was good. Anything from ginger to seaweed. Definitely worth coming back!

I always love a trip to HMART. My goal is to visit every one of them across this beautiful nation!! This time, I was after all the ingredients to put up this years house supply of Kimchi and to host a hot pot night for some dear friends and family for the 4th of July!! We made a girls' trip to the market!! The amazingly awesome asian people know how to eat!! All the amazing diversity of countries coming together in one great market!! ❤ If you want to be inspired, go eat at the food court of this wonderful market, then buy all the great ingredients to make it at home!! Or visit their huge deli section to bring yourself home a great meal!! I ❤ HMART!! If you know me, you know how much I love Asian food. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and by far my favorite Korean!! This past year, I have also grown to love philopeno food too!! We can all share the love by eating well together!! 💕

Amazing selection of all kinds of Asian food. The turnover is high so you know the food is fresh (veggies and seafood). Those days of slicing super thin meats are over thanks to Hmarts hot pot trays!

I love shopping at H Mart. Even though the weekends are busy, the upside is high turnover of goods so things like sashimi grade fish is fresh as can be. I love the pre-marinated meats. There are a lot of choices and it was hard to just pick three. I wish I got some short rib too. Next time! I bought a lot of food which will make a lot of meals for $120. Their produce is also top notch and include lots of Chinese and Korean veggies and fruit. I love this place.

"How far is H-Mart" is literally one of our criteria as we're house hunting. Everything you need to make East Asian dishes. Don't miss the sushi salmon and the lobster rolls. The bakery inside has excellent soft confection breads like you'd get in a bakery in Korea or Japan, and the little food court has some good choices for a quick sit-down meal too.

Not the place for your standard groceries -- there's a small section for standard supermarket items but you should go to Market Basket next door for that.

A new food option called Oh K-Dog just opened at this location and it’s really REALLY good. Definitely recommend the teriyaki chicken egg sandwich on garlic bread - wow, just wow. I also enjoy the taro boba tea from the food court (crushed ice). Excellent combo for under $20.

Pros: a nice food court with a bakery; abundant fresh meat, produces, and fruits; good check out experience; large parking lot; convenient location with freeway and many other shopping spots nearby;
Cons: if you're really into Asian food, you may still need to visit somewhere else to complete your shopping, this H Mart sales a wide range of products, but not as wide as some other Asian supermarkets.

Great grocery store for Asian specialty foods. As a vegetarian I am always impressed by their large tofu section. They also have good produce and prepackaged food sections. Great for food hard to find at other stores, or food that gets stale because of low turnover at other stores. Be prepared for narrow aisles as they have packed in a lot of items in.

Amazing food selection. Snacks, meats, fish, noodles. Huge variety of produce, though a little expensive. Magic Castle carries a cute selection of novelty products, jewelry, and stationary. The food court has delicious, affordable pho, sushi, and bubble tea. And the bakery has delightful, fresh baked breads and treats.

Can be very crowded evenings and weekends with little to no parking. Be prepared!

Really nice place. Even comparing to the H mart in Cambridge, you can find more variety of Asian products especially Korean stuffs with a bit cheaper price. You can get authentic Korean products here. Most of products are directly imported from Korea. And there is a good food court where you can try K food. There's Tous Les Jours inside also you can count on.
One of my favorite grocery stores. For years, I have visited without big complaints.

H Mart has a lot of excellent products to choose for . Their fruits is so good and fresh. Also, they have a marinated meats that's ready to be cook or bbq. A lot of different kind of fishes to choose for. Shrimps is also available for reasonable price. Food courts right next to the Supermarket, sushi, Korean BBQ, Vietnamese noodle (Pho), and many more. I love this place so much, plenty of parking space available.
