Best Buy

The sales associate for Best Buy was very helpful and informative. He pointed my friend and I in the right direction so that we could find the product we needed to purchase (a mouse for his laptop). I like the fact that the store is very neat, clean and well-organized. There was no problem finding the product that we needed. Also the check-out process was very easy and efficient, as there was only a very short wait in the line. The check-out sales associate was extremely nice, friendly, and great at her job!!! I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location to anyone and everyone!!! I would give this location 100 plus stars if given the option!!! Great job Best Buy!!!

My experience was top notch, I don’t like asking for help much so when I asked J at the desk for a screen protector he was more than happy to help, he even put it on for me and cleaned my phone while he was at it! Real genuine guy. 10/10 give that man a raise

Took my 16 year old to buy a gaming laptop. Larren, our sales associate was the absolute best, most knowledgeable SA I’d ever met. He was actually excited for my son- they talked specifics and I just stepped back and watched. We always had great luck with this location but because of Larren, I’ll never buy from any place else. I’m a stickler for customer service and I felt so respected and like me and my son mattered. I truly appreciated tonight’s experience at Best Buy in Burlington. I am grateful.

Went in yesterday to geek squad as we were told to over the phone by customer service. Well geek squad doesn't fix androids if you were hacked. Only apples. Glad we found that out by the very helpful manager that we spoke to in the afternoon. Wish I knew his name. He was extremely helpful and deserves a raise. Great customer service

I was in the market for a Samsung watch and had my eyes on a galaxy watch 4 classic, so I went down the street to purchase one. I talked to the gentleman about it, and he recommended the new 5 pro. The battery life is a huge improvement from the last generation and advised me to go for the newer model. So I did, and I am a big fan of it! I never wear watches in general, but I think I am accustomed to it now.

I knew what I needed but wanted advice as to which of two items was better. Immediately got help and advice which informed my decision. Also, the item was on sale with a 30% discount. Very happy with the purchase. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

They had the GO PRO HERO 9 BLACK that I needed, as well as other items.
The staff was friendly/helpful, and next time I'm in the BOSTON/LEXINGTON AREA and need something I shall return.👍

I came into Best Buy in search of a new battery for my car starter. Unfortunately they were all out, but the employee looked out back and all around just to see if it was in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't, but we ordered it online. The employee that helped me was great! He genuinely cared and made the experience easy. Thank you so much!

I went in for help with a laptop that I bought. I am glad I made an appointment. The person who helped me was very polite and helpful. All the new OLED TVs really looked tempting too. Generally the folks working there were energetic and seemed happy to be there, which is often not the case in other big box stores.

We went into Best Buy shortly after it's 5AM open on Black Friday this year. A phenomenal staff member named Eddie helped us out in the TV department. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gave fantastic comparisons and recommendations, and was just incredibly personable and witty. The genuine energy he brought at 5AM was awesome and made the experience of buying a new TV fun! Highly recommend.

My Samsung Galaxy S9 plus had blacked out couldn't turn back on, geek squard told me what to do and a new phone was shipped to me. The process was fast and easy. 👌👌👌

They're helpful and knowledgeable, the only problem is the wait time to get help, long wait times they day it's more than usual every time lol
