Market Basket

My weekly grocery trip is to this store, and it's a great location. While I generally pick up the necessities, on the occasions I've had to request or ask about a particular item from one of the specialty departments (meat, fish, produce, etc.) The staff has been very helpful, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
The store is overall clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Their customer service desk is helpful when you need to return, exchange, or purchase lottery tickets. There is a long and narrow sit-down area at the front of the store for people to enjoy the ready-made items or food from the hot to-go counter. I really appreciate the fresh selection of rotisserie chickens, wings, plus other cold items like sushi or a submarine sandwich.
I always look forward to coming to this store for my shopping trips.

Clean, fully stocked, professionally staffed. Plentiful check out lines. You need to know your comparative prices. It's not the "old Market Basket" where all prices were the lowest; you need to be an informed shopper. However, I would return and shop here if in the area. A positive experience.

I thought I'd go to Market Basket just to get a bite to eat. They have tables for you to sit down. Their prices are known to be the best around, but today I didn't shop. I went to the prepared foods section and bought an Italian sub, made to order. When I saw the size of the sub roll, my first thought was, "wow, is that big." The man behind the counter filled the roll with a ton of meat. I was amazed at the amount. I had my add ons, but when I looked at the price I was actually astonished! I wanted to say, "Are you kidding me!?" He wrote $4.99 on the paper he wrapped it in. I also got a 20 oz. drink. The total for both was an unbelievable $7.38! I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was transported back in time. If you want good, really inexpensive take-out go to Market Basket. Now I don't know if they all have the same prices. I went to the one in Burlington, MA.

This supermarket truly excels with a vast array of options, fresh produce, and competitive prices. It lives up to the saying, offering more value for your dollar. Highly recommend!

Best grocery store in town unless you only look for overpriced organic scams.

Seafood department is outstanding. I had a perfectly steamed lobster 🦞 . Not too salty. And they had hard to come-by monkfish for my summer bouilliabase. Perfect. Footnote. Lobster was so generous, I can make 2 meals. Thank you.

The best Market Basket at Boston area! There are enough space to go with trolley, huge choice of grocery. And smells fine everywhere, even near Sushi. There is a cafe and it looks good. I'll bring my wife here to show the perfect shop.

Good price and produce are always fresh since they do so much business. The only downside is that the parking lot can get crazy over weekends.
