Lovely small hiking area, some relatively mature white pines. Trails are clearly labeled. The forest is surrounded on all sides by either the road or by houses on private property. There are several trees that were blown down, both recent and not so recent. Trails are being actively maintained - there was a newly cut section of a tree that had fallen across the path so it was still passable. The low wet area close to the road has skunk cabbage. Possibly buggy in warmer months.
