Great UPS store. They stay open until 8 pm which is a great plus (compared to nearby ups and fedex locations). Good customer service as well. It was fast and friendly. Clean store.

I am always treated so professionally at bedford ups, these people there are wonderful all of them!!!!I had a chance to speak to Julia tonight and she was incredibly helpful!

Great experience today! After having my package rejected from the Burlington UPS Store because they couldn't scan the label (the label was newly printed and they offered no help in resolving the issue), I took the same package and label to the Bedford UPS Store where a helpful rep manually entered my label's tracking information and gave me a receipt to confirm drop-off. Good customer service makes a big difference, and this location clearly values their customers, I'll definitely be back.

Great! Above and beyond service!! My family is still new to the area and yesterday we received exceptional customer service during our 1st visit to your store yesterday. All of the store associates, including the UPS delivery man, were willing to help me with a positive attitude, although I arrived soon after their normal operation hours. Despite the stress of this COVID-19 pandemic, they took me in with a genuine smile, and did not rush me out of the store like most stores. Most importantly, they all respected me and provided outstanding service, as a paying customer, rather than treating me poorly due to my dark skin color. Definitely, recommend everyone to get any service this UPS location has to offer, since I know I will. Thanks again to the UPS team at the Bedford, MA location.

I had a great experience today at the UPS store at 101 Great Rd, Bedford. I had two boxes to ship and later in the day, one more very large box. The times I was there, I was the only customer, and the service person was immediately attentive, friendly, helpful, efficient... all one could ask for. If you belong to AAA or AARP, there's a discount; that helped, as my boxes were heavy. I had read reviews of local FedEx offices, and those were mixed; and from what I saw of FedEx's prices online, UPS was a little less expensive (plus I got the AARP discount). I used to love the Post Office but there have been problems lately with deliveries taking a very long time. We'll see if my boxes arrive when promised, and in good shape, but meanwhile I highly recommend the folks at this UPS store.

Wow--I have never been to a more friendly UPS store in my life. The service was expedient and the conversation was just an added bonus. A very, very great brother / sister duo running this business and though the pricing may be higher than the USPS, it's worth every penny to not have to deal with the curtness / rudeness of the Bedford USPS.

Even if there was a closer UPS to my house, I would go out of my way to go to this UPS store because of how friendly they are! The gentleman there gave me a big smile when I asked him to get my fingerprints done for my new job. He just made me feel like my business was appreciated. I just wish every store I go to was like this!

Jeff and Julie are so friendly and helpful. They actually care that you leave a happy customer. I can only guess they are fed up with Amazon return shippers but they do it with a smile every time! Love this place.

Great staff, very helpful when an international recipient refused to accept a package I had sent due to customs issues. It took a couple of months to sort out but the Bedford staff stayed on the case until it was satisfactorally resolved. Easy parking too. I also use this location as a convenient drop-off location for DHL packages.

This store has been my go to UPS store for the last two years. They offer excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Be careful when you pull into their parking areas though because the area is congested.

I showed up 10 minutes after closing time (traffic) and the owner had just finished locking up. I wasn't even going to get out of my car, but she waved me over and opened back up just to accept my package! She was extremely friendly and provided wonderful service!

Jeff and Julie Pirner are always helpful friendly and accommodating to my mailing and notary public needs. I have been impressed by their attention to detail and courtesy. I go to them because they are great people!

The people in the store are friendly, efficient, and eager to be helpful. You might think it was a new store trying to cultivate new customers, but the store has been here for a while now, yet the staff continue to provide that "new store" feel of welcoming and helpfulness.

I have my PO box here and I ship out packages every few weeks for the past 18 months. Always been a very positive experience.

Very helpful, cut my box down to a smaller size to save me money ($38 to $25) on the shipping. Amazing!
