AT&T Store

I had to replace my 8 plus iPhone because my son gave me an Apple Watch for Christmas which was not Compatible. Met Selena and made the process so easy to get a new phone and accessories. She was a pleasure to work with and I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism.

the best store with the best service. I went to resolve a problem that I had been facing for months and there was a woman who was very polite to me and helped me with everything. I highly recommend this store.

Had a great experience switching over to AT&T at this location. Selena and Dee were very helpful discussing the different plans, promotions and phones. They were very patient setting everything up and transferring data to new phone. They stayed past closing and still wanted to make sure we were happy. Did not rush us at all. We actually saw the phones we wanted elsewhere and specifically waited and drove to this one store. The sales associates in this location are awesome! Super friendly, super fast, and ready to get you in and out with whatever you want with no hassle. Been going back to this one store for years now because they have never let us down and always hooked us up. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, they are worth it. Thank you Dee! Dee was our sales associate, he was very knowledgeable and had our plans changed and new phones ordered very quickly. They didn't have the lavender phone that I wanted in stock, so Dee arranged to have it shipped to me. We will be going back to get our phones set up when we receive them. The store is a decent size, comfortable, with good access to displays. The location is very convenient for us, and there's plenty of parking. Just be aware, the Market Basket next door gets very busy!

Dee is amazing! I’ve gone back to this store specifically two separate times just to work with him. He is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My situation was very odd and he helped me with a smile. I highly recommend him!

Had a great experience upgrading my cell phone. The wireless Specialist, Dee Sanchez was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The whole process was about 20 minutes and I walked out of the store with a new I-Phone loaded with all my previous Apps and settings. Great experience

Great Switching experience...leaving Big V after 15 years. Manager Selena Rosa was great, and quickly transferred my whole family...upgraded were needed and answered all our questions in a very knowledgeable manner. She took the time to get things right and worked hard to save us money where she could. Fabulous experience and support.

I recently visited my local AT&T to upgrade my device (long overdue); I was kindly greeted by several staff members and ended up speaking with Chris who helped me immensely through the whole upgrading process. He was incredibly helpful and thorough and I felt really good about the choices made regarding device, storage, insurance, etc. I feel that he went above and beyond to clarify all options and what would work best for me. I highly recommend this location and any of the staff as they all weighed in and were very nice during my visit!

Very efficient and helpful people here. Dee explained the differences between the phones and prices. I came back after some more research and Selina helped me with the purchase and the data transfer and everything. While we waited I learned about other products in the store which was fun. Would definitely recommend!

He shows a lot of professionalism and competence, he lowered our account bill by $100, and still attended us with the best customer service that we have ever received. My husband and I went in to ATT Billerica over the weekend to set up a phone plan and trade in our old phones. Selena, the store manager, helped us every step of the way! Service was on point. Upgraded for free and wasn’t pressured into getting anything I didn’t need. Both guys working were helpful and informative on features and were just in general nice guys. Only AT&T I will shop at moving forward.
