I am leaving a five star review specifically for the young woman who helped us out today. I looked at her name tag and her name is Susan.. My mother is disabled and hard of hearing and she took up a lot of Susan's time. I tried to explain to my mother that she can't take people away from their tasks. Susan went above and beyond not only for my mother, but for other customers as well.
I don't know why people in upper management feel the need to talk about other employees on the floor.. But I can tell they were busy and rather stressed. There was a woman there who appeared to be the manager and she was annoyed that people were not at their work stations. I want to be very clear... The reason I am leaving a 5 star Review is because Susan was helpful. These kids work very hard. If there's an issue with anybody, it needs to be addressed behind in the office rather than on the floor. I do not tolerate watching any employee be spoken to or about with other employees in front of customers. Management needs to take a lesson. Treat your people well. You have a good employee there who goes above and beyond. Thank you Susan for helping us today.

Welcome to my home away from home! Not the largest, not the smallest. Pretty smart selection. Starting to get cosplay fabrics that are more interesting but Westford your next best bet.

Friendly service, even friendlier crafters and artists willing to exchange stories of what they make, why and if you can't find something ask either of these. Often people love to offer help. You should be hard pressed to be stumped. Go with the app and or coupons. There's sale days too. And... Now they have programs where if your a reg. Like me, buying small things but on the reg. as every order changes, I can't buy EVERY type of trim and this and that to have on the ready (tho I want the trims!)💖😜but it would be something like spend $30 in a 2 month period get $10 or $5 back. And the more you spend the more back. This is sent to you as more of a fun incentive.

One of my favorite places!! So underrated. Their home decor is so beautiful and the craft selection - even though it's a smaller store - is just fantastic. Prices are fair and their sales and coupons are absolutely amazing. Little gem of a store. Highly recommend.

Fave I love this store and they always have amazing coupons to accommodate something that may have been just a little too expensive. With Joanne's, if there's a will to create something ..Joanne's will help you find a way!

The girls at the store were very friendly and helpful. 1 young knew right away what was the fabric I was looking for. Amazing!! I would go there again.

Lauren went out of her way to help me find buttons for a coat I am modifying as well as showing me the best fabrics to make masks with.

I love shopping at Joan fabrics,I always find beautiful fabrics and yarns and other supplies that I need for my projects. They always have sales which I love.Great store,check it out.

The layout makes it easy to find what you need for your project. I like the displays as well since they were geared towards my hobby of finger knitting.

Super helpful staff. Great selections at really good prices. Crafts, sewing, pretty much anything you might need for almost any type of crafts.

Not a ton of variety for regular crafting supplies, but half the store is just fabrics, so if that's what you need, it's a great spot!

Jo Ann at Billerica MA is an amazing store. The employees are extremely helpful. As a crafter I feel like I'm part of a community there.
