Buckle

The service here is AMAZING, compared to the vile "service" (aka being looked at and then ignored) I received at Stonebriar. We went on March 2nd quite early in the morning, and the lady and guy who were working there were exceptionally nice and attentive. They talked with us, helped us out, and were just overall super kind and genuine. It's literally the best buckle experience I've ever had. If I ever have to go back, it'll definitely always be to this location.

I came into the store to exchange the second set of jeans that had the material breaking down within the first few months. I've recently switched over to Buckle jeans but have purchased 4 pairs over the last 6 months. Buckle has a 60 day return policy and I was past it. Asst Store Manager Jose assisted me with the transaction. He very delicately handled the situation which was obviously a product defect but outside of their warranty period. Without any obvious signs of salesmanship, Jose walked me through their product line, showed me other styles and fits he thought I might be interested in. Talked me through his personal experienced with the brand, the company, and their focus on customer satisfaction. He built a personal rapport in what could have been a tough situation without missing a beat. End of story is that he also used that time to consult with the store manager, they did warranty that pair of jeans, and I did buy a 5th pair of the styles he recommended and another shirt.

I've been in the customers service and sales industry for a very long time so I recognized what he was doing; but Jose was so genuine and did his job so well and without me ever feeling like I was being upsold that I bought another pair of Jeans I really didn't need simply because I was impressed with how well he handled himself. Buckle management, you need to pay attention to Jose. You need this guy running stores for you or draft him into corporate and get him to train your staff. If you don't take care of this guy, someone like me is going to recruit him out of your stores.

OMG!! Outstanding Customer Service. Thank you RANEEM, ANDREA, & MADDIE y'all are so AWESOME. RANEEM ( Store Manager ) was looking so pretty with that Cowboy hat on scrubbing the floor. What Store Manager you know would be sitting on the floor scrubbing it??? None I know..lol.. Please go to Buckle in Fairview & ask for 1 of these AWESOME ladies.

Leighlah is just as precious as she can be!! She is an absolute Doll and KNOWS those jeans!!! That girl earned her paycheck today trying to help me find the right pair!! She went above and beyond to do everything she could to make sure I was able to find what looked the best! She is going to be super successful at whatever she decides to do because her work ethic is on another level!!!!!!
Ruben was also super sweet and so helpful trying to find jeans and shoes for my hubby. This guy knows his Hey Dudes, he has 23 pairs!
Buckle has ALWAYS been one of my favorite places to shop because the staff at every location are always exceptional!!! They make a point to remember your name and do their very best to be SO kind and friendly. Love them!!

Amazing service! I only had 30 minutes to get a full outfit and get back to work! I didn’t even know what size I was and Elizabeth knew exactly what size would fit me best! Her and the associate I did not catch her name styled me and checked on me every chance they had! I’ve always hated shopping because I never know what will fit the best but they made this experience quick and easy! I will definitely be back and can’t wait to visit with them again! 🥰🥰🥰

The Customer service at this location is amazing! Every time I go in I'm greeted by name and handshake from several different employees. They remember things about the last time I shop there, they remember my style preferences, and they even update me on personal shopper happenings.

On a specific note, I'm a guy who likes to wear women's jeans, and this location didn't even bat an eye. They even went so far as to make recommendations on specific styles; both men and women's. I definitely don't feel any judgment, which is uncommon in this area.

I always buy our denim from The Buckle in Fairview. Love the staff! Enjoyed meeting the new store owner today. I'm excited to see what trendy items he will be bringing. Recommend you check them out!

The manager of this store is excellent. The staff is always very nice and great as well. Definitely will continue to visit this store when needing jeans.

My husband and I had amazing service as we shopped today Emily the manager was amazing help me find my new favorite pair of Jean's and shirt and there was a newer employee who hadn't been there but 3 days who did amazing assisting my husband and getting hes shirts ordered online.

Employees are always attentive and will keep you informed on all of their clothing. Great customer service!

The staff were awesome. We went in there to look, and since we were from out of state. The gals were great and we purchased numerous clothing.

Awesome experience! Rebekah was great. Clothes are a little expensive, but the quality and shopping experience are almost worth it.

I can't tell you much about it other than my wife was happy with her new jeans when we left there. That's a win win for me!
