Very friendly staff boasting excellent customer service. Clean well organized store.

Great customer service at the shoe and fragrance department. I love that it is not super packed like the other locations.

Friendly service and clean store but the order online pick up in store is a work out no matter where you park your having to go upstairs to the farthest corner to get your order.

I just love the selection of shoes & boots at Dillards. I have also purchased Ugg slippers at the Dillard's Clearance Center, which also has great selections innall departments!

This is a really great store to do some shopping and getting some items that will make ya look good. The staff were super friendly and we got some really good deals as well. I store is laid out really well and we had no trouble at all finding what we needed. They had many items on sale which always makes the shopping experience more enjoyable and you get more bang for your buck. We had a great time and we got some really good deals and will definitely be back in the future. So head on over to Dillards and you wont regret your shopping trip at all.

It is exactly what you would expect from a high-end department store. The staff is present in every department, they are dressed to impress. and are very courteous.

This was a very nice Dillards with a generous amount of Women's dresses. The associates were all so sweet and helpful. A dress in the size I needed was on a mannequin and they graciously helped remove the dress so I could try it on. I ended up going with something else, and they were so kind.

The manager Richard was so helpful and caring. We bought something from this store at closing and weren't given a receipt so I called the next day to ask if I could have it emailed and he was so kind and actually wanted to help me instead of blowing me off and thinking that I as trying to rip him off. At the end he told me about the proof of purchase sticker on the tag so I wouldn't have to drive 30 min to come get a physical receipt. He's so kind and really a great manager, he deserves a raise! If he ends up reading this, thank you from the 3 teenagers from Fort Worth that you helped a lot ❤

This was such a nice place. They had three best customer service. The lady helped my wife and I buy watched for my mom and our daughter. Then we had them gift wrapped and the last there was so nice too. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit often.

Bobby brown and Mac has a great selection and the employees and their service is incredible. I had my make up done by Hailey with Bobby Brown and she was very sweet and did an excellent job.Michaela in Mac store is knowledgeable and know alot about makeup and helped me choose the right product for my skin.Dillards, I am definitely your permanent customer now.

Went there to buy a blouse and jacket to wear at my daughter's wedding. I found the perfect blouse. I also found the jacket and it was on sale. They did not have my size. They ordered the jacket and I got it delivered at my door 2 days later. A great experience!

Dillard’s carries higher priced and quality merchandise. I have been pleased with all of my purchases thus far. If you’re patient, you can get some great deals, and they always offer a certain percentage off of the clearance prices. It’s definitely worth it to catch their sales. I will be a patron for years to come.

I had a great experience at the Bobbi Brown Costmetics counter this morning. Sheila Sanchez helped me decide which foundation, concealer, lipstick, and eye pencils were best for my skin. She was patient, funny and every knowledgeable about her products and craft. I can't thank her enough for teaching me how to use these products and put my best face forward.
