I've been here a few times over the years and always have the best experience. The guys who work on my bike are awesome and so is the owner. The visit prior to my last I really appreciated the most which was around this time last year. My mom passed away and I wasn't able to come and snag my bike as planned and it was there nearly two months. I keep in communication with them and they were very understanding. I won't go anywhere else for my bike needs.

I thought my classic bike was doomed after a terrible experience with a mobile mechanic. Playtri, Frank, and the whole team came to my rescue! They're honest, skilled, and clearly passionate about bikes. I'm beyond grateful for their help and will recommend them to everyone.

Bought a bike for my Wife from this shop. I live in Pennsylvania so it needed to be shipped. I had a bad experience with another bike shipment so I was nervous. The bike arrived in perfect condition! Their attention to detail in the packing is to be commended! Damaging this bike would've required some real work, every piece was wrapped or double wrapped and it was all secured together with zip ties. Excellent!

John was very patient, informative, and worked quickly to help me fix my bike tire that popped when I tried to inflated it myself at the gas station. He taught me that it's best to use a bike pump to inflate my bike tires because the gas station pumps have too much pressure and inflate it too quickly. He also noticed that my bike was missing a nut and he replaced it at no charge. It was a great experience with great service.

Great shop! Staff is knowledgeable and kind. After dropping off a bike for repair, we found our car battery dead and they jumped our car. Thank you for going above and beyond, especially so close to closing time!

Customer Service is top notch here at this family owned shop. Went in with no appointment to get my tire fixed and it was done in just a few minutes. We ended up purchasing a bike rack because the price point was better than other places we had shopped. They assembled it for us and we were on our way. I without a doubt, will be coming here for all our bike maintenance needs.

Early this year, I have brought my 2014 Cervelo and a brand new Wheels Manufacturing's bottom bracket for upgrade. Although the bottom bracket is labeled as BBRight, it didn't fit. Their bike mechanic tried so many things in vain. We gave up and I have brought a different BBRight from Kogel one week later. Same thing. It didn't fit. The mechanic contacted the Kogel customer support and found out some of earlier version of Cervelo frames need a custom set. A week later, we received a custom set from Kogel. It did fit this time. Their mechanics are very patient during this ordeal. The usually 10 minutes installation work became 2+ hours of engineering crapshoot nightmare. But they still charged me the same fee. They should have lost money doing this work. I was very thankful. My old Cervelo is now happy and spinning the crankset.

I’ve brought my bike here multiple times for maintenance and repairs. The shop techs are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything in detail. I started cycling a year ago, so having a group of people that invest time into explaining why and what to do, rather than just selling products is why I love coming here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Malman is a topnotch bike mechanic. He taped my handlebars to perfection, replaced my chain, trued my tires, and adjusted my brake calipers for my new tires. Plus, he gave me great advice for long-term bike maintenance and care. I live an hour away but will definitely come back to this Playtri for my bike service.

I bought my first road bike here. I tried it at the store and I really liked it. I got it home and took it for a 7 mile ride and it was so uncomfortable. They really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. They let me exchange it for a different bike. I'm so thankful that they did. My new bike feels so much better to ride.

I used Playtri to deconstruct and pack my bike so I could ship it. When I picked it up a week later at a bike shop near my new home the shop told me they had never seen a bike so thoroughly and well packed as mine. Thank you Playtri for taking care of my bike as if it were one of your own. If I'm ever back in Dallas I'll be sure to bring my business to them.

Recently bought a "new" bike from a neighbor and noticed the gears jumping. Took it to Playtri for adjusting. Figured I would drop it off and pick it up the next day. After a quick look there were several things out of balance. Owner and staff are super nice, very informative and fast. They had the bike serviced in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I came in to Playtri to get some repairs done on an older bike. 30 minutes later, my bike felt like it was completely brand new. Shoutout to Marwan the technician for the repairs!

I stopped in for the first time today mid-ride because my rear derailer wasn’t shifting properly. It was late afternoon on Sunday and they were busy fixing other bikes. James was kind enough to immediately put my bike on a stand and do a quick inspection and adjustment in order to send me on my way. I tried to pay him for his time but he refused payment and only asked that I come back when I need a full tune up. I was always very loyal to my bike shop across town, however Playtri has earned my business! See you all soon.

I had such a great experience with Playtri. My dogs had chewed through some important wires on my bike so I walked in without an appointment and Frank had my bike tuned up and looking like new within 2 hours. Very reasonable price and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely my new go to bike shop.

I went in with a large budget to replace my beloved mountain bike I had used for many years. I was ready to spend serious money on my replacement, but the Playtri staff pointed out a Fuji at year end clearance pricing, and let me test ride it. They knew I was there to spend money, but talked me into a lower priced bike that was EXACTLY what I needed, and I love it. I am now a super loyal repeat customer and will be forever. Personalized, patient service with prices that matched internet sales price! They are the BEST!

James was so patient explaining to me the differences in all the bikes I was considering and helped me make the best choice. It took two trips into the store, but James was there to answer all of my questions and offered me test rides on all of the bikes I was interested in. I actually bought a bike that I had not considered because James suggested I try it because it would fit me better. He was absolutely right! Also, great service after the sale!
