E3 Chophouse

The best dinner of our vacation. Food was absolutely amazing with the cowboy ribeye, wedge salad and Mac&cheese being the best. I will definitely visit this place again, thanks for everything.

The only thing that was good but not excellent, to take into consideration, was the beef carpaccio, it lacked flavor.

We went here for dinner one night during our grandmothers 90th bday celebration week and had the absolute pleasure of having Kiara take care of us. The restaurant catered to us in every way. We had a separate area with a beautiful table and view. All of the staff supporting were so pleasant. The banter and service were amazing. We even got to meet the ahi tuna famous Wilber! Lol The food was very well cooked and the drinks were great! You can tell it is like a family in this establishment. I would definitely return again!

Awesome atmosphere. Any closer and your feet would get wet. Perfect place for our 46th anniversary!!!! Steak excellent as was the pork chop.

E3 Chophouse is a full dining experience. The service was impeccable. They food was even better. The bacon wrapped dates and the grilled mushrooms were delicious. The steak was cooked well and the salmon was light and flaky. The location on the Yampa river makes it a full experience. It is more expensive, but worth the splurge.

E3, one of the best dinner dining experiences so far in Steamboat Springs. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance, upon arrival service was great! Throughout our dining experience, Kevin; our server was was phenomenal!
The food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. My wife, son, and I dined outside, overall a great time!

My wife organized a steamboat vacation for 30 of us, all the adults (15) had a reservation to get away from the kids one night. They sat us in a private room right next to the river, the drinks and food were great! We had such a good time, knowing how difficult it is to sit and serve a large group we were very pleased with everything

Beautiful riverfront restaurant. Food was excellent. The chef was able to accommodate my gluten free requests. Will go back!!

We came at Happy Hour and the prices were great and food was excellent. The lobster Mac and cheese, bacon wrapped dates and steak kabobs were delicious and portions huge. Then had rib eye sandwich and burger that were huge. Kids menu also huge. Our waiter Gibson was super nice and then they gave our 11 year old a fantastic chocolate desert for his birthday. The setting on the river is really pretty and western decor is cool.

Loved everything about this restaurant! Our favorite dinner spot so far on our vacation! The restaurant itself is a beauty with all of its charming esthetics, even outside is wonderful being right alongside the river! The food was so delicious, I didn’t want to stop eating no matter how full I was! Service from everyone was top notch! Definitely highly recommend!

We showed up at 8:20 and they closed at 9 but they were kind enough to still seat us. The staff was super friendly the entire time which was great. The waiter suggested the tomahawk which wasn’t on the menu because it was the best cut they had and he was right. It was so tender it melted in my mouth. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a pleasant side dish.

My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon in Steamboat and when I tell you that our search for a fancy steak dinner was met with exceptional service, beautiful dining, and delicious food… this meal and overall experience was truly a 10/10. The food was phenomenal, but better yet, was the care of quality received from our server, Missy, and bar manager, Brittany. Missy was a delight and gave us the perfect balance of space to enjoy our meal and casual conversation- which we love! If only all servers could have her humor and passion!! We hadn’t mentioned on our reservation that it was our honeymoon but she didn’t hesitate to celebrate us and bring us a treat on the house. We were unhurried and really taken care of. We not only will be back, but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious steak or a lovely date night.

Monday nights are all you can eat crab legs for $38

The steaks are perfectly seasoned with herb butter still melting on top as the serve it to you. Cooked to perfection my medium was outstandingly medium
The lobster Mac and cheese is creamy and sharply cheesy with a hint of lobster defiantly split this or get it as a meal

Came with a party for a celebration. Food was delicious. Service was pretty good. Got a Filet Mignon. It practically melted in my mouth. Perfectly cooked medium rare. Timely and friendly staff. It's always nice to be greeted by smiles and people who are happy to see you and serve you. Will recommend and come back.

Great atmosphere, not too stuffy, not too casual. Great service from all the staff and servers. Wonderful touches because it was our anniversary. Highly recommend! Steak and prime rib was AMAZING, as was all the food.

We went for NYE 💫 menu is diverse for all but definitely a chop house so the steak options were delish - lovely service. The inside temperature was a bit chilly but finished the meal with Banana Foster 💫🎉

An absolutely wonderful experience!! The service and the food were outstanding! We had the stuffed dates, the shrimp Louie salad, filets, lobster mac, mashed potatoes, and several desserts. Alex was our server and made our evening even better!! I highly recommend this restaurant when you’re in Steamboat Springs!

I brought my mom here around christmas time and it was wonderful! The views, the staff, the food, and the drinks made it an unforgettable night. We started our dinner with the stuffed dates, fig salad, and bone marrow. For the main course we did the lamb and cowboy ribeye, accompanied by the brussels , asparagus, and lobster mac. Ended with the crème brulee and bananas foster. Everything was to die for! The portions were huge and we went home with many happy leftovers!

I cant wait to go back!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! This restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've been. The service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!! I want to thank the server Lyfe, she was the BEST so far, very kind, attentive, helpful and professional, "I wish you succeed in your life wherever you go". This restaurant is a bit expensive but the menu is great and the portions in every dish is very big, the Cheese Fondue is AMAZING, I really recommend to try this, you will love it. This place is located right next to the Yampa River and it's so relaxing and romantic, perfect place for romantic dates or celebrations. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's truly AWESOME.

E3 is a great place for dinner in Steamboat. Try the bison steak. It is delicious! But be careful ordering sides, the portion sizes are enormous. :)
