I have always thought this spa and Dr. Spurlin have been very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The staff is polite and friendly. Shayna is a wonderful nurse and I completely trust her. I highly recommend this office/spa for all my needs.

I have been going here for over 10 years and it is fantastic! Everyone is so nice and friendly. When I moved back to Michigan, I struggled to find a good dermatologist. A friend referred me to Dr. Spurlin. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have referred several family members to him. For the past few years, I have been seeing Shayna for my Botox and filler. She does a great job. She explains everything thoroughly and lets me know about any possible complications ahead of time. I have been very pleased.

My daughters and I all go here. It’s a bit of a drive from where we live, but I wouldn’t dream of going any place else. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they offer some pretty advanced technology.

I have been going to Peau Claire for over 5 years and have received facials, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, IPL, and chemical peels. All of the staff have been amazing and have helped me to better understand my skin’s needs. Chelsea provides amazing facials and chemical peels and answers all of my questions. Shayna has always provided excellent laser services and information about what services are appropriate for my skin. They also have amazing in-house products. I love it there!

I've been spending my hard earned money at this spa for over 10 years. After being a loyal customer for this long, I unfortunately had to cancel one single appointment. When they called on Thursday to confirm my appointment for Saturday, I of course let them know I would need to cancel which they didn't seem to have a problem with. To my great surprise, I get a call Saturday telling me that even though they knew I cancelled my appointment, I still owed them $100. I'm sitting on the phone trying to figure out how this is possible talking to someone named Tara. She was absolutely rude and impossible to even have a conversation with. After a decade of being a customer and recommending this place to countless people, I can assure you I will never come back here and will never suggest this people to anyone ever again. Time to shop for a new spa that doesn't treat long standing customers like garbage.

I unfortunately have been having awful experiences here my last few appointments. When I first started coming here (around 2017/2018) to get facials my skin would be so amazing after I left. I wouldn't have to get another facial for 5-8 months afterwards. The last two facials I got, my skin would look worse afterwards. I would even give it a couple of days to see if the swelling just needed to go down, but my acne would just become more inflamed. This last time I went to just get extractions, and my acne was immediately more inflamed and there were still some pimples that weren't touched during my extraction appointment. It's very sad because I used to trust only this medispa with my face, that's why it took so long for me to realize they no longer provide the quality I am accustomed to receiving from here. To make matters worse, the customer service from the receptionist was not pleasing. I wasn't greeted when I first came in. The head nurse greeted me because she saw I was standing there and the receptionist didn't speak to me. But in the middle of her trying to argue with me about the telephone service after my appointment, she was able to stop our conversation and greet the person walking in. I hate that my experiences started to become so awful, I used to speak so highly of this medispa.
