Las Palapas Mexican Restaurant

Really busy here on a Friday night but food and atmosphere is great so I can see why. Trying to make healthier choices so I got the fajita bowl with chicken. Other orders at the table were queso for the chips and steak/shrimp fajitas. Portions were huge and everyone loved their food. They don’t take reservations but you can join the waitlist online. Definitely check the wait before you leave the house. It was a 1 1/2 hours at 5:30 on a Friday.

I made another visit to Las Palapas with my precious nieces today and they LOVED their Wonderful Meals. We left with everyone having a Happily full stomach after enjoying our time here again.

Well I have been to this, relatively new, Mexican restaurant three times so far and realized on today's trip that I had forgotten to share my experiences. All three times I had my best friend along (He had told me about the "New" restaurant we should try.) and all three times we had AMAZING food. The service was very prompt and attentive and the food came quickly, even during lunch hour. During the lunch rush there is often a wait, but not longer than 10 to 15 minutes. I have mentioned to staff members that I find it inappropriate that they reserve areas for large parties that often go completely unused through lunch hour. I have explained that those tables could be split up providing 6 additional places for customers to sit rather than save them for parties of 8 or more which I have yet to witness on my 3 trips. But, regardless of what I consider to be flawed management, this venue is VERY worthy of being enjoyed by all who love Great Mexican Cuisine.

Went here for dinner.. you can request to be added on their waiting list on their website. It took about 15 minutes and when we got there we were seated right away. They have high chairs for babies, which is good. We had a great server who continued to check on us throughout our meal and suggested items. The food tasted delicious. I ordered the fried mahi-mahi tacos and my husband ordered shrimp quesadilla. Both were delicious! They also give you free chips and salsa! I highly recommend!!

This place is consistently amazing every single time I come! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food is always on time and comes out hot and fresh. My favorite dish are the birria tacos. Fabulous experience!

Huge portions, real good seasoned food, chips and salsa are phenominal, serves food real fast, ESPECIALLY cause they are always jamm packed, sometimes you have to wait hours to get in so call ahead!

This place is very delightful!! The food is phenomenal, and the staff were helping each other out and very kind.

The staff was pleasant and friendly from the time you walk in until you leave. The menu is small but had many options. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. Well except the monstrous burrito. It lived up to its name in size and taste. Easly enough to split an still have leftovers. I highly recommend Las Palapas.

The food was amazing.. I was very impressed. And the grapefruit margaritas were sooo good. I don’t usually have high hopes for a great margarita.. they aren’t very strong at most places for the price but I was pleasantly surprised here. I will most definitely be back soon!

Love this place! I am a sucker for the way a restaurant is decorated, and this place doesn't disappoint. It's really cute (and clean) inside! The bar is very cool; it's loaded with every type of tequila you can imagine on display. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of tequila, this should be your place!

The staff is always helpful, polite, and fast. The greeters are always friendly. The bartenders know how to make a drink. The house Margheritas DO NOT skimp on the alcohol. You will be stress-free halfway through your first one. 😉

The food is great. I love the Baha Tacos and my husband is addicted to their Arroz con Pollo.

This place is very popular for good reason. Make sure you take advantage of joining their waitlist online. It's way better than waiting outside the restaurant for a table to open. Just make sure to edit the link they send you in the confirmation text. Just delete the period at the end of it and it'll work just fine!

Excellent Mexican restaurant. Went here with 10 family members for my brother's birthday. Chips and salsa to start were excellent. Lots of drink options if you like margaritas, alcohol, and beer or, they have coke products. Menu had tons of delicious sounding meals. My kids both had cheese quesidilla, wife had Carne asada tacos. I went with steak fajita burrito plate it was massive and tasted great. They can get busy try to make reservations if can but worth the wait. Staff was very friendly and family all loved their meals!

The. Birria. Tacos. That's all. LOL 😆 I wish I weren't addicted to these tacos, but here we are. I've been back monthly because...well hopefully you will see why. Great place, very clean, beautiful store. Plus, their experienced, friendly staff are fire 🔥 Get there fast, drink slow and enjoy. De nada.

Delicious! Waitress was kind and quick! The fried avocado tacos were amazing! The drinks were tasty but didn’t seem to have any strength to them. All in all though great service and wonderful food!

Great food and margaritas. The monster burrito is just that...it can really serve 2 and is delicious. Arrived on a Saturday at 4 and had to wait for a table at least 35 minutes but food came out fast once we got a table and ordered. Recommend making reservation if you can. Friendly and hardworking servers. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, food, drinks and service. We had ordered their margaritas and Grilled Vegetable Quesadillas. Complimentary chips and Salsa were served as soon as we were seated. The chips were super warm and the salsa was fresh. Our food arrived pretty quickly as well and was absolutely delicious. Loads of vegetarian options! I'd definitely be going back!

Nikki was our server and she was the best. I have Celiac disease and so have to eat gluten free and be careful of cross contamination. She was knowledgeable about this and helped me order and feel comfortable. Nikki is the bests

It's always amazing. I love the service. Everyone is always so friendly. The food is authentic, fresh, and deliciously prepared.

Best guac I've had anywhere, and the dishes are well seasoned.

Highly recomend this spot. We got the Trio App, Shrimp Yucatan, and Camarones a la Diabla. It was all ao good!

So good!! When my Monster Burrito came, I thought I was on an episode of Man vs Food! Lol. Everything was delicious. Drinks were good. Service was great. It was very busy but we were impressed with the service. Will definitely be returning.

Wall of tequila is a sight to behold. Birria tacos are amazing. Sorry, there is no pic they do not last that long. Choriqueso is liquid comfort, so good. Wait times can be a bummer (do not expect to be seated right away unless you get lucky) 30 minutes minimum during peak busy times. So plan ahead cause it is worth it.
