Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

They are pricey, but it is worth every penny to me, at least. I had a heavy bag, and the shuttle driver helped me carry my stuff and loaded it. There's an enterprise shuttle at the airport literally every few minutes. You see them go by so much, and all the other rental places take forever from what I heard other people waiting for their car rental shuttle. When mine came, there was one already right behind it! I checked in for the car on the app, so I did not have to get in line, which there was not much of a line anyway, and the desk staff are fast and very polite. One of the staff saw me struggle with a big bag and helped get my stuff to the car. Getting the car took literally minutes. (All other car rental companies I tried in the past had an hour long wait or worse and were severely understaffed-looking at you Budget and Avis) The car I got was a red Nissan Rogue and was in perfect condition and clean, and has great gas mileage. All the staff members were so polite, helpful, and friendly. Drop off was a breeze as well, I just pulled in, and a staff member came right up and scanned the little car code on the window and gave the car a quick check that took like 2 minutes and I was good to go and went straight to the shuttle to get to the airport. There was a staff member at the shuttle area that was nice too. They all look happy to work there and are very chill, which I really appreciate. The picture will show a bent license plate, but they reassured me they are aware of some cars having that because their washer dings them when they clean the cars, so not a big deal there.

Have to drop off early morning and was worried if there’s too much hassle to return. LT and her male colleague were professional. Friendly and kept things simple and fast and even told me there’s a shuttle bus to the terminals. So far the friendliest lady I have come across. A gem.

Everything about this rental experience was excellent. Prompt airport shuttle ride, zero wait for service at the rental counter. I was greeted by a friendly relaxed person who sped me on my way. I identified a minor issue with the vehicle assigned to me, the agent quickly understood my issue and promptly provided a replacement. My rental rental was equally seamless. I will be a repeat customer.

A really great experience! Got a luxury rental of a volvo s60 at a reasonable price, really great follow up and follow through by the whole enterprise team from initial rental to return. The team was very interested in my happiness with the rental and made everything seamless. This probably has to be the best enterprise locations, as I've rented elsewhere without the same dedication and excellent customer service. Even with the extra taxes for the rental due to the location, the luxury rental was still affordable.

Both pickup and return of my rental went very well. The Enterprise people were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. During my drop off, Marco Kelly radioed ahead to have the shuttle driver wait for me and the Marco walked me over to the shuttle. I have been using this Enterprise facility since 2018 every time I fly into Detroit for work and am always satisfied with the availability and condition of the cars, and the courteousness of the associates. Highly recommend this facility for all travelers.

I dropped my car at the Detroit Metro Airport location. I had a great experience. It was a very cold evening and the associates made sure I did not have to stay out in the cold for too long. They carried out the drop-off process as quickly as possible and I was able to go inside and hangout in the office building, while I waited for a shuttle to drop me off to a terminal. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle for too long and it came less than 5 minutes later. Overall, it was a very smooth and seamless process. I will definitely use Enterprise for renting cars in the future!

It was so easy to select and reserve a car online for a recent business trip with 7 people! Upon arriving at the Detroit Airport Enterprise Office to pick up my vehicle, we received a professional and cheerful welcome. I was surprised we were in and out of there within 5 minutes and on the road. Their check-in and check-out was efficient and we will definitely use Enterprise again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I dropped the car off, Marco immediately helped me get the bags out of the back and took them to the shuttle bus. He was very personable. I didn't have to do a thing! Thanks, Enterprise!

My sister and I showed up an hour early, as our flights had come in early. We did not expect to get a car until our scheduled time but the young man ( I wish I would have got his name) working at the Enterprise at the Detroit Airport was immediately helpful and was able to get us a car very quickly. Before we knew it, we were on our way to visit family. When we returned the car, Ashley, at the same location, was very friendly and helpful. The whole process, from start to finish, was simple and the employees were very friendly. My sister and I were very impressed with the entire process.

It could not have been easier or more pleasant to rent from Enterprise at Detroit Metro Airport. I checked in online before my trip. Since I was already in the system, the friendly counter clerk led me to the lot where I had a choice of cars. The Jetta I chose was excellent. The return was super smooth, and the young lady who checked in my car was professional and friendly. The shuttle to the terminal was driven by a remarkably friendly and knowledgeable gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name, but he chatted with us passengers like we were old friends). I highly recommend Enterprise, its vehicles, and especially its personnel.

This was the easiest car rental experience I’ve had. We checked in and confirmed our rental through the app so when we arrived we skipped the line and met a rep in the parking lot. Got our keys and were off within 5 minutes of arriving.

A shuttle bus was provided to and from the enterprise and airport. Our vehicle was beautiful and very clean. Would recommend to anyone coming or going through Detroit.

From the ease of booking the reservation online to the time we returned the vehicle everything was great! We flew from Orlando to Detroit; and of course our flight was delayed. I was concerned because we were going to arrive close to midnight. I called the 1-800 number and the agent assured me it was okay and someone would be there. Sure enough the bus picked us up outside the terminal and took us to the check in desk. There was someone there and the check in process was very quick and we got to choose our own vehicle from a row of cars. The car was great and the return process was quick and easy. I will be renting from Enterprise in the future!!

The Detroit Metro Airport Enterprise was by far the best car rental experience we've ever had. We were traveling Thanksgiving weekend for the Michigan football game and were expecting a traveling nightmare. It was the opposite. Every person was friendly and working to make our experience superior. They were so fast, so courteous and really looking to make the rental process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend using the DTW Enterprise. Keep up the good work.

The folks at Enterprise-DTW were fantastic. They offered me everything I wanted and more. Easy pickup from the airport, Directions to my hotel, local knowledge (gas prices) and then gave me a great trip back to the airport when I was going home. I will definitely be coming back when I come to Detroit in the future!

Enterprise always provides excellent service. After I arrived at the airport, the shuttle bus was already there. I checked in online in advance so there was almost no wait time. The checkout process took less than 5 minutes, and so was the return process. There was some damage to the front plate of the car, but other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely use enterprise again!

I have never had better service. I had had a very bad week when I arrived and had to leave my wife in the hospital, while I took our baby and all of our items home. Marco at this location went way out of his way to help me carry things and even got a direct ride for me right to my terminal. It made my day and was greatly appreciated. In general the return process at this location was superior.

Enterprise is always quick, helpful, and price seems good. We use Enterprise unless the price is way out of wack. We have used them in the UK and all over the USA. We go there first but always compare prices. This time in Detroit, the Enterprise gang was great, the car was excellent, and the whole process seemed smoother and more relaxed.

This was the best experience I have had with any rental car company. When I walked in, the staff was busy, but still greeted me. They were extremely friendly. They answered questions I had about the agreement and had my car in a matter of minutes. The return process was equally as easy and the staff was once again, very friendly and professional. Would definitely use Enterprise-DTW again if the need arises. Also, last but not least, the shuttle drivers to and from the terminal were equally as friendly and helpful. A lady left her phone in her rental and the driver turned around so she could get it. He asked me first if I minded, (we were the only two on the shuttle) and I did not mind at all. I would want him to turn around for me. While she was getting her phone, we picked up a couple more riders so it worked out great for all. Above and beyond service!!! Would definitely use Enterprise-DTW again if the need arises.

I travel from Atlanta to Detroit often. My experience with the DTW location is always effortless. The associates are warm and welcoming. Upon return, Larenz was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure he answered any questions that I had. 10/10 guest service!
