The friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever interacted with. Everyone cares and makes your problem their own. The attention to customers far exceeds what is required and they make every interaction an excellent one. Ben, Connor, Ryan, Kayla and all staff here deserve a raise and should be praised for their dedication to the store and an excellent customer experience!

Devin at ATT store was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I wish more service providers took the care.to hire people like Devin. Kudos to ATT.

Bought a new phone and needed a SIM card so stopped by this store.

The lady that helped me was super helpful and offered to help me back up my old phone to my new phone. She went above and beyond and was super nice and patient as it took longer than expected.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a SIM card or any help to use this store as they are super helpful.

Rachel, Marven and Sterling were amazing to work with. Rachel went right to work to get our new phones up and running and properly took care of our trade in iPhones. I would go back in a second if I needed more help!

Dominique is absolutely amazing-look no further if you’re having any issues at all. I came in this morning super frustrated with some issues on my phone. It would’ve taken me. Hours to figure out. Within minutes, she had everything figured out. She was so knowledgeable and so gracious and so excepting of the fact that technology is just not my thing.. she is quick and confident and so skilled at her job. . Caitlyn and Sara were exceptional workers at this store. The welcoming energy once walking into store continued all throughout out day at the att store. They both made upgrades my family phones easier and very convenient. Once again i will recommend this att store to anyone in the area this was the one of the best customer service experiences ever.

I am out of town and had a watch emergency. Caitlin answered the phone and helped me within seconds. I arrived at the store and she had a new watch waiting for me along with helping my family save money on our plan. Amazing and personable customer service. Will recommend to others who need ATT products in the area.

Alana , Sara and also Evan did an excellent job helping us purchase 4 new phones for our family. It is hard to find excellent customer service but I highly recommend this AT&T store in Birmingham. The staff were kind, considerate and listened to your needs. They explained everything accurately and easily to understand. They did an excellent job.

This is a shout out to Sterling. Time to trade in our old phones for newer models. The AT&T representative who assisted us, Sterling, was very knowledgable and helpful in getting us set up. Although the process of data transfer takes awhile, we enjoyed chatting with Sterling and trading stories, which made the process seem to go faster. Thanks again to Sterling.

Caitlyn and Sara are absolute live savers! I honestly don't think any body else could have got the job done!! They spent hours trying to sort out the problems I was having, where I think most people would have given up they didn't! I'm beyond impressed by their service and expertise! Thank you SO MUCH!
