I really like the Birmingham store because it's smaller and the staff there was very personable. I wish that all the CVS stores had the same type of customer service.

I just moved here from out of state and have gone to the pharmacy 3 times. I couldn't be happier for the expediency of filling my prescriptions as well as how pleasant the staff is. I had read the others reviews and it spite of the many unfavorable reviews, I decided to try them. I'm so glad I did.

This is my favorite CVS store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also have all of my prescriptions filled at this store's pharmacy. Their pharmacy is top notch. They are prompt and are very personable. Nora at the pharmacy is especially helpful and very kind. I see this store has some bad reviews. Ignore them. The store was recently remodled and is very clean and organized inside. I would highly recommend this location.

Great experience, lady ar register was extremely helpful

I went into the store with a group of friends and were quickly rushed and continually asked if I was done shopping. After being in there for no more than 3 minutes they liked all but 2 of us out into 10 degree wether and when we questioned them in the rules because if the weathers they threatened to call the cops even though we were planing to by 50 dollars or more at there store. We did buy things but left quickly because of the disrespectful treatment.

Pharmacy has terrible customer service, hours are inconvenient. Carol doesnt want to let you pick up a prescription at 7:55 because they close at 8. She said the system probably won't let her ring it up this late, miraculously it did. I told her it's always something with this pharmacy her response was "then why did you come here."

By far the WORST CVS I have ever been to. I have patronized this store location for over twenty years, and only until it was recently sold to CVS has it become a customer's worst nightmare.

Their pharmacists have made repeated errors on the dosage of my prescription drugs, and have also filled several prescriptions simultaneously that have caused a negative interaction with each other, resulting in a severe medical reaction.

My physicians and have had to wait on hold for hours to call in prescriptions only to be disconnected. I have had to personally walk into the store with my physician on my cell phone to speak to the pharmacist, only to have the pharmacist refuse to talk to my doctor and fill the prescription, without a confrontation. My physicians have told me that they have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from any pharmacy/pharmacist they have dealt with in their professional careers.

This store is terribly inadequately staffed, most times with only one or two people to cover the entire store on the busiest days/nights. The staff they have is overworked, untrained, disorganized and scattered.

Now I have a clearer understanding of why their former clientele have gone down the street to Walgreens or Mills Pharmacy to receive the professional attention every patient/customer deserves.

I came here two minutes before they were closing to pick up a prescription. The guy in front was talking a lot to the pharmacist and then they cut me off even though there were still two people working there. This is the worst experience I ever had at CVS and I will never go there again next time I will prefer going to Walgreens

I showed up to pick up a prescription on a Sunday at 5:30pm and all the lights were off and they were closed....the sign on their door and Google says they close at 6:00pm on Sundays. First time I have ever seen a place close that early from their close time, absolutely terrible do not go to this location by any means.

This CVS Pharmacy got reported by the one in Royal Oak for being negligent and incompetent. Avoid for your own safety.

After telling me over the phone that my medication was ready, turns out they didn’t even have it in stock so I was sent to another store. Also couldn’t figure out how to use the cvs card coupon I was sent. Terrible.

Never again rude sales person limited parking customer service sucks
