Kona Grill - Troy

I came here for the first time with some coworkers. The inside had a nice atmosphere, very lively and bright, and the employees were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to take our orders and serve our drinks and food. Their menu was a mix of American and Asian dishes and sides. I ordered their pad Thai, which I loved. They even took out the egg just liked I asked. They also had a delectable drink menu (which I'll be sure to try next time when I don't have to work the next day). We all enjoyed ourselves and the food. Highly recommend!

The food was pricey but very delicious. I had tuna tartar, and they gave us chopsticks and even little holders for the chopsticks so some of us could learn how to use them. We asked for lemon for the water. They gave us enough lemons we could've made lemonade. The only downfall was that I drank all my water and did not get a refill. Our waiter was busy but attentive. I love the decorations and the video camera at the door.

Amazing place. While on the pricy side, the food, service, and atmosphere were lovely.
I had some sushi rolls for my meal (both of which were perfect!)
Just note that you may need to get two sushi rolls like I did. One won't be enough unless you're a light eater.

(for price reference, my two sushi rolls and glass of sake came to $48. If you're looking to only satisfy a sushi craving, I would potentially look elsewhere due to prices for rolls averaging $20)

The party I was with had a variety of food and drinks, all of which were given a big thumbs up!
The only minor "issue" for the food was the Mac and cheese could've has a little more oomf to it, like bread crumbs or something. It was just plain Mac and cheese with a broiled top, but was deemed "enjoyable, not the best, but still pretty good".

Service was amazing for us and they were very considerate for allergens for one of our party members.

Definitely will be coming back for special occasion meals!

Went for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! London is an amazing server! Will definitely request him again! The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything we ordered was excellent. Way above average!

Had the best time!!! Love happy hour here! Sometimes I just have to splurge on a sake sangria. Our server Devin was so nice!! Very helpful with suggestions!!! As my boyfriend and I were enjoying our meal the manager stopped by our table. His name was Javier and made sure we were having a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

My best friend and I visited Kona Grill tonight for Happy hour! Alex our waitress was phenomenal our wait time was little to non and our food came out exceptionally fast. We ordered the surf and turf for dinner with the avocado rolls!!! SIMPLY AMAZING AND FLAVORFUL!!!! The drinks were great as well☺☺☺

This restaurant is great the food is great the services is great can't wait to come back. The restaurant is beautiful.

Moriah was probably the best server I have had all year. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all if the questions my mom threw her way. The food was definitely 10/10 and it has been the first time I left a restaurant not disappointed in a long time. I would however recommend to come during happy hour. Better bang for your buck.

Awesome place. Awesome service. Met the manager Veronica, she walking around asking numerous customers how their experience was. She was very sweet and even interacted with my daughter which meant a lot. Very great place. We highly recommend it !

We ordered chicken satay, spicy tuna , shrimp traditional roll , California roll. The food was yummy ! Definitely recommend. The service was 5/5, very humble staff ! Good vibes.

I love it here! Edward was my server. He did a wonderful job and made me feel very welcome! He even was able to answer my question when I asked what yamagobo is!!! He rattled it right off. Oh also- do yourself a favor and order the side of green beans. About to start eating my brownie!

I go here often but this is my first time trying the carrot cake. It’s $16 so I was always on the fence but I decided too give it a try and I’m happy I did it was excellent

This was our first time here and oh my goodness! Loved the Ribeye meatballs, IF I hated everything else I would still go there for these! BUT the dinner was just as wonderful hubby had the shrimp tacos I did the surf and turf. The spicy tuna roll was recommended from my wonderful server Mahria? I don't think I spelled her name correctly but it was SO GOOD and I appreciate a server who gives their opinions. We will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this restaurant...

Our waitress Mariah was amazing and really sweet. The food was tasty, especially the pesto butter. The Mac and cheese was super bland. The butter cake is a must try to end your visit.

I came here with a few girlfriends and we had Maya as our server! She couldn’t have been more sweet, she was also super knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive! The manager Javi came by our table to check on us and we let him know we’ll for sure be back!

We love Kona Grill! Lots of healthy, delicious options and easy for someone like me who can’t have dairy. Our server Mariah was awesome and friendly. Great for date night, out with friends, but also family-friendly.

Overall my experience at Kona grill last night was very pleasant. Our waitress Q was very attentive and super sweet! The food was very good as well. I got the macadamia chicken and it was very yummy. The music selection could be better but I will be back!

Our server was so on top of it, never an empty drink, I ordered everything she recommended and it made for an extremely tasty experience. Thank you Devon!!!

London did a great job as hour waiter, and was helpful with recommendations. The food was good. We probably spent more during Happy Hour than we would ordering entrées lowkey. The good food, service, and vibes was worth it though.
