The UPS Store

I frequently stop by this UPS store on my way home from work (at least 4 days a week). On every visit, I have been met with the nicest employees and best customer service!

Unfortunately, I don’t know all the employees names but I do want to thank London, Jenna, and Brandon for their amazing service!

I just moved and will no longer pass this location on my way home. Even though my new commute passes two other UPS Store locations, I would be willing to go out of my way to this store.

London is by far and away the best employee UPS has ever and will ever hire. She is incredible nice and passionate about helping customers and always goes above and beyond to help me. This store is full of wonderful nice people and London especially is fantastic at her job

I visited this store without taking my printed shipping label, The staff didn't charged for prints and so far visited for more than 5 times and the experience was always good.

When I dropped off several one hundred year+ old antiques at the UPS store in Birmingham, Michigan, I was beyond concerned. All three items were family heirlooms that were extremely fragile. I needed them delivered to my home in Denver, CO. The store manager, Rachel Mann, calmed those concerns. She stepped in with great recommendations on the best shipping options. She personally promised to pack them as if they were her own. She delivered! I now have those antiques safely in our home. Perfectly packaged, no damages, and delivered on time! Thanks Rachel for your great service and shipping expertise! Much appreciated.

Had to ship multiple pieces of artwork had been holding for a friend. I arrived to a fairly busy crowd of other customers shipping items and receiving document services. The two members of store staff were pleasant and efficient and able to readily handle all the varied needs of the customers who were there. I was most impressed. A very favorable experience! Keep up the good work!

We had to ship a whole bunch of boxes from Michigan to Texas after our kids graduated and moved out of the dorms. 4 years worth of stuff. A total of 15 medium to large moving boxes. Rachel was awesome, was so helpful and kind in facilitating the shipment transaction. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and we were so grateful to the crew here (especially Rachel) in their helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism. I highly recommend these folks for all your shipping needs. Five stars A++++

Jenna and Brian were very helpful. I needed labels and the were eager to assist me. They didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience or a bother because I had two packages to send. I live this location and also use them for sending pall my packages off.

I go out of my way to ship at this location. The staff is super friendly and there is almost never a line (if there is, it moves fast). So much better than USPS!

There's some guy working here who is so great. Every time I come in I see him make the experience quick, easy and enjoyable for customers. I think his name is Nick. I hope I didn't get that wrong. Last time I was in I asked him his name because I was really appreciative of how nice and helpful he was.

So thankful for Brian and his patience while he helped me with my Amazon returns at the end of his day and impressed at his efficiency as he also took care of everyone else in line who came in just as the store was closing!
