Walgreens

This location of Walgreens is sort of the high-end version of a Walgreens. The perfume and makeup section makes you feel like maybe you are at Macy’s or Nordstrom‘s or somewhere like that. I have gotten two Covid shots at this location and both times it was very efficient. The first time was sort of peak pandemic when it was tougher to get a shot and yeah I waited for a half hour or so but I got it when it was really hard to get now. Of course it’s super easy you are in and out in like 10 minutes or less, they have a great selection of food and beverages here in particular. They have a not bad selection of craft beer for a Walgreens. Take that with a grain of salt. It’s not like it’s a craft beer store or anything but yeah you can actually get something decent here, the wine selections actually pretty good too. I guess you got up. Make sure you keep your Birmingham clientele. Happy. That’s a good thing is extra ample and everybody that works. Here has always been really friendly. I have a Walgreens closer to home, but I take the extra couple miles to come to this one just for the pleasant experience.

If I could give 10 stars for Jen, I would! Whenever I call in for my prescription and get her on the phone - I’m reminded of how patient, kind, and helpful she is. Thank you Jen!

A big thank you to the pharmacist who helped find liquid medicine that most Walgreens were out of stock on. This was my fourth or fifth call to different Walgreen locations and he’s the only one who offered to help.

My mom needed help printing photos off of her phone. There was one person at the desk that dismissed her. Dee Dee came over right away and helped another customer with their phone and then came over and helped my mom. Even though they were very busy she was very sweet and even found us in an isle to make sure we received the printed photos. Thank you Dee Dee for your kind demeanor and making a trip quick and easy for us!

I come here often but today an associate named Elizabeth helped me and went above and beyond recommending products and helping me find products! Great employee and great store.

Typical for a Walgreens. Nothing stood out. There was some dude in there shopping for what appeared to be wine and baby powder. Go figure. He give me a doller as I was entering the store because I think he thought I was homeless. I went in the store and bought a pack of gum. Went there to buy some stocking stuffer for my wife. Walked around the makeup section for about 30 minutes. Started to leave because the guy buying wine and baby powder was staring at me with an odd grin. Then I realized he was the one who gave me a doller. The staff were great. They helped me friend something for my wife's Christmas stocking. Prices were fair, i suspect. Baby powder guy turned out to be a former college perfessor of mine shopping for he and his wife who were watching their grandchildren. The doller was a joke. Great place for a short shopping adventure.

They have a unique selection of item. I love looking for discounted items. Good products at great prices !!!

I LOVE this Walgreens. It is exceptionally clean and organized, and the staff is sooo helpful, professional and friendly. Shout out to DeeDee, Elizabeth, and Caitlyn. Sorry if the spelling is wrong.

I have had two really great experiences with the pharmacy that have left me so impressed I wanted to publicly comment. Thank you for such wonderful care and concern and actually taking the time to call with information on a prescription, and also ask in-store how things were going and genuinely care about my response. Keep up the great work!

Great place for quick items for daily needs

Always helpful friendly staff. The Pharmacy is great my prescriptions are always ready on time. I'm moving to the U.P. , I do not think there are any Walgreens in the Upper Peninsula.

Elizabeth and Dee Dee in the makeup department are absolutely amazing. They both helped me pick out the perfect makeup for my wedding! I am very thankful for and appreciate these ladies! You girls rock!

The store is impeccably clean and the staff is personable and friendly, especially Hope, she's very helpful, charming, and sweet. I've never really been impressed with a pharmacy, but I am with this one.

Thanks for the great service. We were visiting our Son in Birmingham and needed pre flight covid tests at short notice. They help us and we got home for Christmas!!!

I have been shopping at Walgreens for years, for the pharmacy and everyday items. This store is very convenient, has friendly service and looks great inside!

My favorite Walgreens in the area. So many products great makeup selection. The pharmacy staff is very nice too.
