overnight motorhome parking.
sign says $50 for RV, 24 hours.
We parked our 45ft motorhome along with a ten ft trailer.
set the legs down, pulled out the 4 slides.
5 minute walk to Bourbon St.
Felt safe and had a good night.
the $125 campsite next door was full.

This was perfect for a 1 night stay in our 24 ft Class C motor home! Myself, partner, and 2 Great Danes arrived around 6:00 PM on a Sunday night, lot was maybe 1/3 full. Paid $50. Cop was patrolling parking lot for first 3 hours we were there so we felt safe and police station was right around block. Also, RV park right behind public parking so some foot traffic of older couples or families ( also good ) it took us 6 minutes to walk to bourbon street, some noise while we slept but we slept through it! Cameras and lights in parking lot, no one bothered us, and dogs had plenty of space to walk around. Can’t ask for anything better that close to bourbon street!

Just went down for New Year's in New Orleans. Stayed the night in the parking lot with my camper. Paid for three spots with the app & no issues. Rather stay here than get a DUI or God forbid worse. Police patrolling all night, well lit up, little noise from passerby traffic but not too bad. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very reasonalbly priced place to park if you want to tour the French Quarter. Convenient to the ‘Hop on / Hop off’. or Basin Street Station. A couple points of caution because they are very serious about their parking rules:
1). DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSES PARTIALLY USED TICKET. They do check license plates.
2) MAKE SURE YOU PAY THE CORRECT RATE.
3) IF you do not, you will be BOOTED!!
We saw an RV and a pick up truck with boots. One did not have a matching plate number.

I used this parking lot for walking around French Quater.

This is the best parking lot in this area.
It is located in front of Police station, and it takes only $5 for 10 hours.

Overnight RV parking for $50. Just a short walk to bourbon street. One block from the police station. We felt very safe. The neighborhood has improved drastically in the past few years.

Basin Street Parking Lot is public parking lot adjacent to French Quarter in New Orleans easily accessible. It was easy to find a parking space. It is much cheaper than Premium Parking Lots. You enter your licenses plate number in machine then swap your credit card. Rates are little higher on weekend. Flat rate for weekdays is $10 for 10 hours and $20 for 24 hours.
From Parking lot to Jackson Square is about 0.6 Miles easy walk through the French Quarter.

Best place to park when visiting New Orleans and the French Quarter. This lot is cheaper than others. We paid $10.00 for up to 24 hour parking. Nice open lot. We had no vandalism or break in issues. This is slightly to the back and left of Cemetary 1. A short 8 minute walk to the French Quarter.

5 dollars for 10 hours about a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. Well lit and across the street from the police station. I've parked here a couple times during my visit and didn't feel unsafe.

Great place to park. $5 for 10hrs or $10 for 24hrs on weekdays, $10 for 10 hrs or $20 for 24hrs on weekends. Within easy walking distance of the French Quarter and right next to the St Louis Cemetary #1. You can also pay online so you can pay for extra time without having to trek all the way back.

We were lucky and found a parking lot there during Mardi Gras. That came $30 for 24 hours. There's a beautiful Welcome Center right in front of the parking area. It's just a few steps to famous french quarter.

Easy to get to. You can pay using parkmobile. A short walk down St. Louis St and you run right into Bourbon St. Not sure what it looks like at night but it seemed safe when we were there.

Good rates for parking. We parked there for the well since our hotel in the French quarter didn't have parking. We just refilled the meter daily.

This is the best place to park if you don't wanna be charged the tourist tax. Just a walk away from all the things most people want to see in NOLA

We parked here three times, car was safe, we had no trouble finding the parking lot. Lot was not very busy, but there were still locals around to ask questions of.

Good parking lot close to the French quarter

Great place to park if your going to walk downtown New Orleans. I was able to park my truck and horse trailer there while visiting.

Cheap place for boondocks, no shade though.
