Reily the sales manager help me with the price and offer me different types of packages my vehicle could come with. Mr.Geriod the manager came and help me with my trade in. Wonderful and honest service. Friendly and patient. I brought my car in when the maintenance light came on and they were truthful about it not being time for an oil change yet. They rotated my tires for a good price. I’m hard of hearing and they spoke clearly and repeated when needed. Positive experience and I’ll be back to get my paint fixed. Nice balance of women on staff. All kind and friendly faces. Everyone waiting were nice too. Coffee and water was available for free as well as TV. There was vending machines too. Comfy waiting room. I recommend. They were helpful and it was an overall good experience.

My Service Consultant was Robert and he was so very courteous, kind and understanding to my needs. He saved me money! I requested an alignment and he question why I thought I needed it. I thought because I drive on many roads that are bumpy and filled with potholes I needed an alignment. He graciously told me he didn’t think it was necessary but would have them test drive my car to make sure. He was correct in his assessment and save me money that I didn’t need to spend. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😃😃

I chose right when I chose Toyota in new Orleans east. They're the best. Always courteous, efficient, helpful. And it's everybody there. They're all that friendly and that helpful that I have zero anxiety when I go there to do my servicing or if I have another issue. I really recommend them.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tundra from Toyota of New Orleans. The price was right, and the entire team were friendly as they made me and my wife feel like family!
Kudos to my salesperson Chris Moore, her supervisor, and of course Mr. Joe in finance for going above and beyond by staying/working after hours on New Year’s Eve to ensure I drove home in my new truck. My wife and I enjoyed visiting with the entire team and are very proud owners of a 2021 Tundra!

Terry Gibson was phenomenal!!! I told him what my budget was and he didn't try to pressure me into anything I could not be afford.
Joe the business manager was also great. I enjoyed talking with him as I signed my next paycheck away.

Great experience I was in a rush this morning trying to make it to work, but needed a oil changed was going to leave my car since my appointment wasn’t until 12:30 they was able to get me in and out before more customers came. This location always take care of me everyone is very nice and professional
