Okay ..This is my first time to Nola and I’m 2 mos in to my 3 month stay and have been trying Louisiana staples all over the city ..this is seriously the best gumbo I’ve had so far. It is ALWAYS the little ‘divey’ out of the way neighborhood places w the best food 🤤

If you are white and afraid of urban areas then this location might not be for you ..you also might want to read a book or meet someone that doesn’t look like you 😏

The food is great there. Just makes the business look bad when people hang out in front but other than that wonderful food and the staff is really nice

What's to say? The prices are great, the poboys are exceptional and the people are friendly. It's quiticential New Orleans poboys at the corner store and you won't regret getting one!
