Best red beans and rice and the best chicken and sauage gumbo we had on our travels. As Aussies, we were keen to try the local food and were recommended this place by a local who swears by it. He was not wrong!!! We have been back twice, so far, to get the food. I'm sure we will grab it again before we leave. Forget the over commercialised gumbo in the area. Come get it from here....you won't be disappointed. Absolutely delicious.

Red beans and rice - the best we had in NOLA! Found this little store and ordered the red beans and rice to take back to our timeshare. It was better than anyplace else we had it!!!! Just the right amount of spice and the beans were smashed to make it the right consistency. The 16oz pint container was $5.99 each. They also have great looking sandwiches.

Best place for drunk munchies, the deli in the rear of the store is a gem. We got two 12 inch New Orleans Roast Beef sandwiches, so good. Also got some of the little crawfish pies, super cheap, buy a couple.

The staff feel like family they’re so welcoming, warm, and nice. The food is ALWAYS very good! Keep up the awesome work, I appreciate the convenience quarter grocery provides myself and the community!

We walked almost 3miles from our hotel (on the recommendation of my son), and it was worth every step! We had the meat pies, crawfish pies, and fries! All exceeded our expectations with flavor! A real "Hidden Gem"!

It’s very hard these days to get a reasonably priced po-boy in the French Quarter, but Quarter Grocery’s got ‘em! The hot sausage and fried shrimp are good options, and the crawfish pies are pretty good too. From a grocery perspective, lots of beers, wine, and liquor to choose from, as well as things like eggs, milk, etc. Check it out!

ran into this shop walking by tennessee williams’s house. it’s probably a gem known among the locals because they’ve amazing sandwiches! i got new orleans roast beef since it was still in the morning; otherwise i’d get shrimp or catfish fries. but still the sandwich was so good and cost only $6ish.

I've been coming for years. Great food, great prices, great staff. They take pride in what they do and it shows.

The fried Catfish sandwich was sooo fresh and scrumptiously delicious, and the egg rolls were so piping hot and crispy! Enjoyed chatting with the Friendly Chinese/Vietnamese guy in the deli! We’ll definitely remember this place next time! Highly recommend!!

Surprise Surprise.. this place is a hidden gem. It's a convenience store with a kitchen in the back. The staff is great.. super friendly and professional.
Mike, at the register, is a absolute delight. He always has a smile and always makes me glad I stopped in.
Key, in the kitchen, is an amazing chef. He's always been awesome, friendly and makes me feel welcomed and appreciated.
The two of them create such an atmosphere of personalized experience.. wonderful people indeed.

The food is simply delicious. No matter what I order. It's always fresh, never greasy and the portions are quite generous.

We have been in New Orleans for a week now and quarter grocery and deli has been our ho to place! Besides the convenience of bring across the are from our hotel, the food from the deli is so good and prices are fantastic! The store has had everything we have needed and staff is very friendly.

Oh my Lord, this is the French Quarter's best kept secret. I've visited twice now and you just can't beat the food from their deli. They have the BEST Po'boys in the quarter and it's all from a deli counter at the back of an unassuming grocery store. My first stop the next time I'm in town.
