Big well organized store with just about everything you can imagine

It is a great place cheaper than others. However if you are a tourist you may not be able to enter if you do not have the membership card.

I had a delivery , the receiving Manager Lajoan Willis was very professional , courteous and pleasant.

Can’t beat this place! Bought an outdoor fire pit for 499.00 dollars. Several weeks later the price dropped and Costco refunded the difference no questions asked!! Awesome prices on crab legs too!!!!

Love Costco! Usually very satisfied with service and assistance at Costco on every level. If you ever see buyers or other personnel in the store and you want something they don't have, ask, you just might be surprised and find there in a month or so, I DID!

Costco has the only pharmacy in town that is actually professional and competent. The location isn't the most convenient for me personally but it's worth going out of my way knowing I'm not going to have to deal with a bunch of drama and attitude just to get a medication refilled.

I was just here today and there was a mistake on a price label for a shop vacuum cleaner. At first, management stated that the price was incorrect and they wouldn't be able to honor it. So I purchased the rest of my items and left. While I was in the parking lot a manager came outside to tell me that they made a mistake and were willing to honor the price if I still wanted it. This is the BEST costumer service I have received in a long time. Thank you costco. This is why I enjoy coming here.

They have delicious beef hot dogs, drinks and ice cream sundaes for cheap prices. Mostly, they have very nice, helpful workers with smiles!

Love going to NOLA Costco during the holidays for the seasonal treasures. Today, I found Canadian Abalone, Year of the Dragon mini-cakes, Ghirardelli Chocolate gift baskets, in additional normal treasures. Also found frozen langostinos and Chilean sea bass filets, which my local Costco has not been stocking. Store crowded today, Saturday, but mostly with people buying 2 or 3 items. 12-9-23 review date.

Had an excellent experience just now with Yvonne. She was incredibly helpful and provided wonderful customer service. I don’t know if management has changed recently but it feels like an entirely different Costco than 1 year ago.

Variety of household items, eatables, clothes and consumer electronic items are available along with ready to eat items. Walkable distance from public transportation system.

It's Costco, but it's New Orleans. So it says odd as you would expect it to be.

I got these lights there, kind of cool, I put them in my garden shed which had a wet floor and me the cool picture.

Does anyone else shop for all the stuff that they grow weed with at Costco because they've got some good stuff?!?

I really do love this store. Obviously shopping here is unique and great. But the customer service is second to none.

Gas is cheapest and convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Flowers are always fresh. Costco rocks!

I do enjoy my trips to Costco. The rotisserie chickens are better. I always find what I need and enjoy being there because the they have what I need when I need it.

Cheapest junk food in the city (no membership required). Love the soft serve here, it's seriously the best soft serve I've ever had. It's super creamy & custard-y, not as milky & icy as most ($1.75 for the very berry sunday, comes with stawberries). There are no smalls or substitutions here, most things are one size, but it's all soooo cheap!

$1.50 for a hot dog & soft drink, $1.99 for a big chunk of greasy pizza. Nothing healthy, nothing vegan, very little if anything gluten free.

Oh yeah, and there is stuff to buy inside.

As good as any other Costco but this one has an outdoor food court, which I liked a lot better.
