Lost my plates and they were very helpful.
Debby is the first one you meet and she is most helpful and very patient person to welcome and guide you through all your procedures very professionally. I’m sure the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well but I didn’t get to know their names.

As I was biking home from a Harvard Club event, my bag fell while I was biking. unfortunately I did not feel, hear or saw the bag fall. Right away once I saw it missing I parked the bike and ran into a police car on which I met Officers Malone and Collins from Midtown South Pct. They both did their magic and we were able to find the bag and the person that found it. Both officers were very determined and focus on getting the bag. Thanks to apple find my phone option that made mine and the officers process a lot easier on finding the bag.

I cannot tell you how professional and courteous this particular precinct is which includes people in community affairs making a great impression on the tourists of New York City. I even witnessed people asking for a picture with this male/female team within in Midtown South. To all those who would label me a cop defender, you don't know a thing or two about the complexity of the NYPD recruitment and training and professional standards. Yes, cops can get on your nerves but I call them officers in New York because it speaks to their caliber of excellence. To whomever hacked my account and left a one star review, google will find you and disable your account. (Intuition common theme in all I've encountered)

I came to this precinct by accident because google sent me to the 14th precinct instead of the 18th precinct. Thank you to Officer Lopez for your assistance.
Zero stars to midtown North! I got into a car accident. Called 911 and have been waiting for 4 hours! My bladder is about to explode! There are no bathrooms around and the 911 operator is telling me the police have already been dispatched everytime I call instead of dispatching someone else! 😐 You suck hairy lint embedded balls!

I lost a wallet near midtown. I called 311 they connected me to this precinct. The operator who picked up was very professional and checked all New York precincts for my wallet and found it. I am happy about my wallet but I am happy about the professionalism of this interaction. Thanks.

Great Precinct! Midtown South Police officers are professional and respectful of the publics needs. I've never had a bad experience and appreciate the service they provide 24/7. Thank you.

This is One bad precinct!!!!! I was assaulted by 10+ officers from this precinct on Saturday Feb 14,2015 outside of Liberty City..Which is located at 233 41st NYC..This occurred because I told to leave the area after coming out of the club's exit. When all I was doing is waiting for my friend to exit the club. My friend was the one who took me with him to the party and I didnt know where I was. I was also assaulted by two P.O.'s outside of the holding cells inside the building..One officer by the name of Officer Orourke TAX#(948397) and the other officer was a white male. He stands at about 5'11 to 6'3, Athletic build,blk hair short cut weight between 215 lbs - 225 lbs. I suffer from multiple cuts,bruises and sprains as I type right now on 2/21/15 .. And I went through all of that only to receive a DISORDERLY CONDUCT CHARGE....SMH.. I hope KARMA pays each and every one of you people who played any part in this brutality incident 2 x 10 FOLD... GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY... THANKS FOR VIOLATING MY RIGHTS!!!!

The police officers are so professional and respectful, I was very impressed. They solved my scam problem in few hours by arresting the bad guy ! This is clearly the best experience I've ever had with police.

My wife and I just met an officer from the 35th. pct. here in Florida. He is on vacation. He has been a policeman for two and a half years. He is a perfect gentleman and is a credit to the NYPD.

Da geht's zu wie im Taubenschlag! Ein Wunder wie die Officers da so ruhig bleiben können und trotzdem professionell ihrer Arbeit nachgehen. Alle waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wie man halt in den Wald hineinschreit...🙂
