Went to the pharmacy to get a prescription that I forgot while traveling. Raghda was very helpful and kind. 5 star service.

A branch like any other. Not outstanding, but not bad either. - What's a shame is that the checkout was not manned, they had a self-service terminal here. You just had to find your way around. But all in all, it does what it should.

Eine Filiale wie jede andere auch. Nicht herausragend, aber auch nicht schlecht. - Was schade ist, die Kasse war nicht besetzt, man hatte hier ein Selbstbedienungsterminal. Da musste man sich mal eben etwas zurecht finden. Alles in allem tut es aber das was es soll.

Em viagem à NY, planejava tomar a vacina bivalente contra a Covid-19. Apesar de um aviso na entrada da loja afirmar que estão dando a vacina, o farmacêutico de plantão nessa unidade da CVS afirmou que não dão mais a vacina, porque (segundo ele) "The pandemic is over". Se eu quisesse, eu deveria procurar outras farmácias e ver se ainda tem doses remanescentes. Inacreditável a falta de informação de um profissional de saúde, que aparentemente não sabe que vacinas são para prevenir, evitando exatamente que novos picos pandemicos aconteçam.

Worst customer service asked few members of staff for help but they prefer getting on with stacking and packing. Robots are more courteous and helpful than the people that work here. Find a better place to spend your money.

Third time I had to walk out since nobody is around with a key to open anything and there was no buzzer or anything to call them.
Can't do business like this.
If you don't have enough staff then just close a location or two.

Just walked here thinking is open. They are still closed. Its 8am already

Everything is locked up and no one wants to get the keys to unlock the cabinets. Not the Pharmacist on his phone in the pharmacy doing literally nothing. Not the person standing at the door greeting no one. "Just keep pushing the button"

The manger greeted everyone except for us .. I guess we weren’t white enough :(
