The pharmacy at this Duane Reade location is truly a breath of fresh air compared to other locations I've visited in the city. I had called to see if my medication was in-stock before transferring my prescription, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Corey. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When I came into the store, Corey immediately knew who I was, and he and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and welcoming. Kanashia stood out in particular, and had such a warm energy and truly made me feel like I was a valued customer. This is definitely going to be my pharmacy of choice moving forward.

Joel the pharmacist was such a great help, he was patient, extremely helpful, communicated very well, helped me understand everything with no issue. The pharmacy itself is just great all together. Will definitely be coming back here time and time again.

I want to say that Corey is the most helpful sweet pharmacist. I have a walgreen 30th st 10th ave .But I will walk a Lil further the is the best

It was a mission to find this Walgreens! The store is inside the Penn station/Amtrak station. The store seems somehow organized and their service was fast.

Attempting to call the pharmacy resulted in multiple 30 minute phone calls where I was put on hold without being able to reach the pharmacy staff. I had to terminate multiple phone calls due to having to do other things than spend all day on the phone. Pharmacy staff member was extremely rude when I complained about this.
