Duane Reade

Our recent stay in NYC required umbrellas, which we did not bring with us, and some cold medicine, also not with us. I places two orders online, received the notice of completion within minutes and walked down the street and picked up both with absolutely no trouble. Staff was very helpful directing me where to pick items up and quickly provided my packages. Thank you Walgreens. Store seemed to be clean and organized.

Asha and the Pharmacist Yelena are superb. Big thank you!!! They saw to my 88 year old mothers appointment. They were kind and efficient. And the place is very busy!!! Duane Reade needs more like them.

Trudie Ann is the best! She went above and beyond to assist me. On my recent trip to NYC, I realized I’d forgotten my blood pressure meds at home. Trudie Ann made it so much easier to get a few tablets to tide me over until I could get home. Her branch was out of my meds and she offered to call another Walgreens to make they had it, as she didn’t want me to walk all the way there for nothing. Excellent Customer Service!

タイムズ・スクエアにあるドラッグストア。おみやげになるお菓子なども多いですし、なんといっても値段が安い。24時間開いているので、出張で時間がなくてもささっと買い物が出来ます。

I'm always delighted to find a photo pick up around my arrands areas. This was my first time in this Duane Reade to pick up some photos. Very spacious and neat.

I do not go to this Duane Reade often, but it is very conveniently located, especially if I AM in or near Port Authority. The staff I encountered this past Wednesday, December 22, 2021, were very professional, polite and helpful.
