Went to pickup some Tylenol on our way. Quick in and out, easy checkout. Busy store but swift service!

My friend and I came in for some quick snacks earlier today. And our check out experience was the best we’ve ever had. Brandon was the cashier. He made us laugh, was very charming, and polite. This will now be our go to spot to get snacks before catching our train to go home.. And the store is conveniently located near the train station, which is why we went in the first place. But I will be sure to return. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Good spot, it’s how it should be, everything is there and available, shelves are stocked and you don’t need a CIA clearance to get your gummie bears & razors
Hopefully this location won’t shut down like many others

A great store with products that are reasonably priced for New York.
The craft beer selection is great and cheaper than many stores along 8th Avenue. You can get a great IPA for under 4 bucks.

I went to this cvs after another cvs had messed up my flu appointment. Kevin and Ashley at this pharmacy went above and beyond to figure out what happened and helped me get my flu shot quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how patient and diligent they were. The customer service at this pharmacy is 100/10!

The staff in this particular CVS has always been accommodating. From being greeted as I walk in to check out, the people are just so kind. Forget to check your CVS card's balance, they remind you of what you have and any expiring coupons. Great people.

It was not easy to find inexpensive and healthy food ; but with some help from your friendly staff I found juice and pretzels for under $5.\n\nAll the workers were very helpful and kind.

Went there one day to inquire about a flu shot for retired veterans through the VA and the Asian guy with glasses was extremely helpful, in addition to one youngish black guy, who initially helped me. He took the time to look into my profiles and combine them into one, and look into my insurance plans which had changed in the last few years. While he was doing that, he was super-friendly, easy to deal with, totally approachable, helpful and had superior customer service, not seen at a CVS (in my experience, at least), for a long time. Though I received bad news that the flu shot was not covered by the VA there, I had gotten a sense of hope that maybe with this location, there may be other CVS's out there that have good customer service. This one had far exceeded my expectations for customer service and would highly, highly recommend.

Cvs is the best store in NYC. So much better than Walgreens. So much better deals. When you use deals no limit. You can use all deals in one transaction. Walgreens allow only one deal in one time. You can use rewards until your last penny. Walgreens hold your Pennies. Cvs teams are amazing. Walgreens teams are trouble maker.

Very good overnight security guard and polite workers.

Evette, the store supervisor, is probably the nicest customer attendant I have ever met. She went above and beyond to assist me. I’m from rural Maryland and did not have high expectations for a busy city CVS at 10 pm at night but Evette made it the most pleasant experience!!!

The staff are extremely helpful and polite here. There's always someone at the front door greeting people and anyone who looks lost is helped quickly. I've never had to wait in line for even a full minute, so I'm not sure what those complaints are about. While I do wish some of the items (such as deodorant) were not locked up, I understand that that's out of necessity.
Overall, a surprisingly pleasant experience; I always go here instead of the Duane Reade across the street now.

Easy to navigate and sells a small selection of beer to include low key crafts. Nice cashier and people. Recommend this store for visitors looking to buy beer for the room.

Received my flu shot here with the pharmacist, Mohamad Nasr. Very friendly and professional. It was was extremely quick, I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

The pharmacist went above and beyond to fill my prescription as it was out of stock in every pharmacy in NJ and NYC due to supply chain issues. Such a lovely, friendly staff! Thanks for keeping me healthy and being so kind in my time of need 😊
