We came in after midnight and Trevor was incredibly helpful and attentive. He stopped what he was doing, answered all our questions about the product that we were looking flr and even managed to talk about his personal experience with the product.

Love this CVS! They have cheaper I Love NY gifts compared to the gift stores around. The staff are very helpful and there are a lot of check out options so you are never stuck in here for longer than you want to be.

We were at the CVS at Broadway and 40th.
We had a question about a product in the store and I asked Mr Justin a question. He was soo jovial and courteous from the first.
God bless his soul, he is a very very positive person. Imagine I opened the website, entered a 16 digit code and wrote a review. That's the impact he made to my day. We need more genuine people like him in this world.

CVS rocks!! Walgreens sucks!! If you are trying to print pictures, don't even waste your time going to a Walgreens, their system is from the stone age and don't work! CVS is way better and their customer service is amazing!

Oh my goodness. It was on a whim, but I needed my ears re-pierced and I saw the sign for free piercings and I said why not!
I was so lucky to get Takemia Wiggins as my esthetician and she was fantastic! Her knowledge, her hygiene, and her customer service were all 5 stars. She gave me my piercings in less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. She was the best!

We had a great experience shopping ar this store. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Will come back when we are in town. Very good sales on items.

I absolutely love this place. The young woman who worked in cosmetics downstairs was very warm and friendly. She was very empathetic to our situation because it’s not often the public can use the restroom. She showed my niece , wife and two children to the restroom because our 3year old son needed his diaper change we were in a tough predicament because it’s time square. We arrived from Virginia to see the sights and we absolutely loved her she was very kind. Eli upstairs was very helpful and extremely friendly helping use find items in the store. We love CVS . I’d come back and would absolutely recommend others shop here. The self checkout lane was convenient and quick . Employees in the front were also helpful. Great experience!!

This was a great place. I went in to look for some hand sanitiser and the store assistant was really helpful and friendly and helped me to find it. I was also welcomed as I went into the store, which was really appreciated.

We were not planning on stopping here but we honestly were looking for water from a drinking fountain. Although we failed in finding one here we came away with a needed restroom stop and mini strawberry cheese cake ice cream that hit the spot while the muggy heat took over outside.

I rather go to my office location rather than where I live in Yonkers . The store is called Nepperhan Avenue. It is not the best there’s always a very, very long line.

I went in for an eye exam, and I had a truly amazing experience.
Both the manager, Mr.Butler and Dr. Wagner were friendly, efficient, and highly professional. Id like to also add that they both made me feel so comfortable with their sanitation procedure.When I arrived I got my hands sanitized, and as I looked around the office was so clean with a great view. Definitely one of the easiest and most organized appointments I've ever been to. I think I was there for like 20 mins max and I was done. Great team !

I absolutely adore the staff in the optical department ! I had a Fantastic time during my eye exam appointment with Dr. Wagner and the manager Mr. Butler. Both were so kind, so efficient, and so organized. What I liked most about my appointment was that the manager personalized my experience when deciding what glasses to get. I'm particular, so I appreciated the patience and suggestions. I got my glasses within a few days. Picked them up today and I love my Felix Gray glasses !

CVS...always a positive shopping experience. There is a front lobby greeter, very knowledgeable, which is an added benefit to this chain of drug stores. Sets the tone for the 15 to 20 minutes I might be in the store. Friendly, experienced staff...always very helpful. The pharmacists are terrific. On the spot service is available. They help you navigate through prescription policies contacting your physician when additional prescription information is needed. CVS started stocking groceries in selected locations - additional added convenience.

The pharmacy staff (specifically Angie) is incredibly patient and helpful. Considering this is a store in a highly populated area in the middle of NYC, you wouldn’t except such wonderful service, but you will receive it warmly. The staff went above and beyond to help me solve an issue with a prescription recently and generally seem to have my back. It’s reassuring and awesome that such a big store in a big city has that small town customer service feel. I appreciate everyone at this pharmacy! Thank you for being professional and human.

I was traveling in NY and needed a few days refil on a prescription. The pharmacy staff working on Saturday morning January 27 were incredibly helpful. I was in and out of the store with what I needed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
